- Sri Lanka, Kandy. I went to try a spicy Sri Lanka breakfast with my friend @LukeDamant
We went to a local buffet where they served a selection of great foods, including dal (lentil), chicken with gravy, poppadoms, rice, beetroot and fish
The food was delicious!
I do not usually eat much seafood, but this one was so good! Mixing the spices with the rice and the chicken gravy made that food even more special
So what is my verdict on the spicy Sri Lanka breakfast? Amazing ! And do I recommend it? Yes!

"Suba udasanak" (good morning) is used in formal conversations. eg: a person addressing a meeting, tv presenter greeting in the morning, etc. If you want to sound natural and informal, you can simply ask "kohomada" (how are you?). "Sthuthiy" (thank you) is also a formal expression. Instead, when you say goodbye to a person, you can say "Hari, api gihin ennam" (ok, we'll come back) although you are not supposed to come back. Keep posting these videos man! Quality content...

The dry fish is what Ruzaina described as a 'rice puller'. You eat tiny bits with the rice and curries 😊

When you try sri lankan meal, always mix all curry with rice. Normally we dont taste one by one. It has the real taste

Try to eat rolls,pastrey. There are very delicious foods in Sri Lanka. And also try to eat kokis,kawum,mun kawum,asmi,dodol,aluwa,wali thalapa. These are the traditional sweets in Sri lanka 🥰🥰

When you eat rice and curry, squash everything with your fingers to make it like a paste. Make a small ball out of it and eat. This way you can eat without spilling food through your fingers. And no need to turn your head up 😊
