I assembled mine yesterday. Love it! Pros: Everything Cons: the included bell that already broke. Everything else on the bike is solid. Wish it had hydrolic brakes but they are disks and good enough. For a sub $800 fat tire folding ebike it cannot be beat. The fat tires make you forget it doesn't have suspension.

Ebikes with shocks a must
I went into the setting to make it go 28 mph but i never reach that speed usually tops out at 22-25 with my weight but if i lift the wheel it will say 28 still its a fun bike but i see people doing 28 on the letric xp and there both 500w 48v bikes which i dont get.
How much do you weigh?
I weigh 160 and im having the same.issue here...lift the wheel it says 28 but riding i top out at 25
I can't believe anyone would give you shit for having an electric motor on a damn bicycle on a bike trail. THAT sounds like a heavy dose of envy right there. My scooters and my bicycle all got stolen a month ago. I'm gonna order me one of these next week.

our trains don't go nearly as fast through crossings in the USA

How is the ride without any front shock absorbers?
fine I ride the same one daily, long as you aren't taking it off-roading you're fine. I've had this bike for about 18 months only small issues, the tires are your shock absorbers (to a certain extent) If your city/town has decent roads or trails you won't have an issue.
I have this bike but without the LCD screen and mine only has 3 speeds is there a way that I could possibly upgrade it without buying a whole new bike?
The LCD upgrades the bike i believe. That's how my Rad bike works.
You could upgrade the screen I'm sure, but seems to make more economical sense to just sell that one and buy the upgraded 48V model which has about 30% more battery capacity and the screen and extra settings

Alibaba 20" folders are everywhere at good prices. Shipping will cost you but you get bikes that are practically identical to brands you are aware of. Same components.
I'm from UK but have an mx20 about the same 500w 15amp battery 48v. Every one looks and comments on how sick looking this bike is I'm 14 stone and have got 26mph . ....I got it through eBay I'm well impressed with this BEAST......peace
