- Inkborn Fables brought some interesting units and traits to the Convergence. From summoning your carry unit with a trait, to printing infinite copies of your units, this set has it all! You never know what will happen or which champions you will encounter on your journey to the top 4. But for me, winning is not that important. Breaking the game, on the other hand, now that's my cup of tea! I love finding new ways to turn the game inside out and upside down. And after seeing the recent changes to Artist in the patch, and getting called out by Mortdog in the process, I decided to start digging. So let me show you what I discovered!

I was able to bring Kayle back by benching all my storyweavers and building the trait back up. Not sure if it's consistent, but maybe all hope isn't lost if you accidentally erase her. Great vid as always leGOAT
Does it allow you to change the tomes in kayle?
@@JorgeHernandez-px8uy I had the exact same thing happening to me by accident, that he described in the video. I had to remove all but 2 storyweavers to get Kayle back. Her items stayed the same, I could not choose them again.
The Exalted would actually be so cool, if it copied the exp, imagine getting Exalted in 2-1, saving it up to like 20 exp, and then copy for another 20
wouldn't even be that broken if it takes 7 stacks, the entire exalted trait feels underpowered if you have access to a working comp already
Would be even better with the Exalted trait that gives you gold instead of exp
They really missed their shot by not making the second golden egg an actual easter egg

Triple egg hunt. farm on an item anvil, kick it at 6. Hold for egg, then you can get 3 eggs total

Really hard though, you would need to power level and get lucky with a hwei.
Best chance would be Uber gold opening with scuttle puddle I think. You'd need a hwei at like the start of stage 3.

I just duped golden egg into 8 Udyrs and Hwei 3. I had hwei at 3-7 100hp, 2 pre-stacks into egg and duped it with 2 turns remaining on the other egg and 3 turns for the duped egg. So much fun! Thank you for sharing this LeGOAT!!
I had a Golden Egg in Stage 3 through the Azir encounter... If only I had known about the Hwei option beforehand. Thanks as always for this great video

I hope they fix the artist tool tip. I attempted copying an anvil at some point but gave up before reaching the neccessary stacks at the tooltip states that it copies a "unit". As always, great video. Thank you so much for staying curious.
they dont want the easter eggs to be directly referenced since you also arent told about fortune 9 and just kinda got to happen into it

Did you try copying the Soul Core with the aug that makes it sell for gold instead of XP? I doubt it'll change anything but feels like something to test

You did miss a unit, but it seems insane to try to get it. Can you bench the 10 fortune tree unit? Then duplicate it 2x for a higher star tree?
no the tree doesnt star up... i bugged out the fortune 9 trait before and made 3 trees on the field they did not combine

Didn't hear a thing about eater egg, in patchnotes there was "Hwei can now copy non-champions" . I thought it was related to bug that you discovered and I was disappointed not to find any of your videos about it.
Dang, I got my golden eggs at 6 stacks before it hatched before this video got out and wondered if it was even possible to do, thank you for confirming :D
is it worth trying to find out if the exalted orb is working with the "venerable piggy bank" augment which is stacking gold instead of xp(also gains bonus gold after losing)
i wonder if anyone tried making a 4 star unit with hwei. maybe that's the easter egg and they made it easier by only requiring 2 3 stars?
they didn't make it easier if it's possible, I've seen either Mort or Leduck run 2 3* 1 costs, so it's definitely not 2 3*
Now that you've said this, I've realized that in the dmg stats at the right, my volibear once showed up as 4* 🤔

@@HissingStone714 This is a common bug, which I believe is just visual. It happens often when the person you faced in your last fight gets to or below 0 hp and check their dmg charts.
@@itsducklan you'd need 3x 3* 1costs, not 2. why would 4* be an exception and require less? (every upgrade requires 3x the same unit of the same upgrade, e.g. to have 3* 1 cost you need 3x 2* 1cost, not 2x 2* 1cost)

Double egg sounds more or less like a big fortune/heartsteel cashout. Except in this case, I dont know how likely it is to win after getting double egg drops. They are good drops sure, but it is intended for winstreaking player to greed and win more so it cant be stronger than lose streak traits. If possible, can you post what you did/what would you do with the double egg cash out, I cant imagine what you'd be in the mood to do apm checks after gambling for double egg comp, but id like to see what one would do with it.

Have you tried copying the golden tree from the final level of the fortune trait.
If you get twin terror with a 2 star kayle, when you get 3 star kayle you will get a 2 star one which can be itemised and copied housing hwei, maybe even 3 starred?

I had a bug with hwei once, I had a 2* azir on the middle slot, got to 5 stacks, it copied 1 azir but only reset the stacks to 4. Then next round I made another copy and got 3* azir. Not sure why it occurred but it did

Has anyone tried 4*ing a 1-cost? Play something like twin terror, 3* a 1 cost, then use Hwei to print 15 more copies so you get 3 3* and see if they combine? Might be easier in double up...

Just copying a golden egg.. seems to easy.. there must be another strat we haven't thought of... maybe being able to duplicate Xayah/Rakan has some weird interactions just like the ability to sell Xayah for G when Rakan doesn't?

I had wukong on the slot to create, and the number 5. I waited the next combat round and the number went to 0. I needed one more wukong to create level 3 wukong. was it a bug?
There are only 10 wukongs in total in the game, if 2 other copies of wukong was used by others, then you would get this result.

he should follow duplicator rules as far as I know
1:40 That's not 100% true. If the unit that it is in the middle get's upgraded in the board(you have one copy in the board another in the bench in a random place and one in the hwei spot) the unit will be upgrade before the hweir +1 and will not be duplicated or give a +1 it happened to me 2 games ago trying to dup galio x.x

that would take 30 rounds, a normal game has beetween 24-30, so unlikely but I like the idea
@@lourensmalan2431 to make 1x 3* hwei you need 30 rounds, but you need 3x 3* to upgrade a unit so 60 rounds*. in short, literally impossible unless bug abusing (or play 9 fortune vs 9 fortune and heal 24/7? still, even if everyone is a setup, it'd take A LOT of patience to even get 2 players to 9 fortune.

I wouldn't view it as negative, I'm grateful they add these types of interactions and getting a shoutout in the patch rundown brings a lot of attention. Would definitely do it again!
