- Every new set has its own interactions, some of them being unintended by the developers. And Inkborn Fables is no exception to that! With Set 11 introducing tons of new units, traits, and augments, it was obvious from the start that some would work in mysterious ways. So, I decided to dig a little deeper into the spaghetti code and conduct some tests. Is Aphelios and Ba-BOOM broken? Does Kobuko really stack more HP with Rich Get Richer? What's happening with Everything Must Go? Today I will show you 11 secret interactions you didn't know about! And if you knew about any of them, then make sure to leave a comment down below!

A nice touch to Trash to Treasure: Tactician's Crown is counted as a completed item. As a result, you can turn it into artifacts, while keeping the +1 passive from a crown
Wait, so you transform the tacticians crown into an artifact but keep the +1 champion on the team?
yes, but it should only work once
a worse interaction with Trash to Treasure is taking Salvage Bin.
Using a reforger on a unit with items that you want to turn into artifacts, will trigger Salvage Bins passive first, then Trash to Treasure, so you get 3 Artifacts, but lose your reforger in the process since the game thinks you just reforged 6 components.

the artifact augment reforging blew my mind,
the tons of stats interaction with irelia blew my mind too,
the udyr encounter was clarifying,
and the outro was cool duckerman.
Next time i get tons of stats when I am angling towards irelia carry I am taking it for sure. 1st cast comes 50% quicker legit. BTW manazane/shojin on irelia is terrible but she procs tatoo of vitality 7 times per AA (bruiser irelia with tatoo of vitality is cool)
Would be fun if a 2 star tome would give each trait + 1 like the fortune cash out.

A maybe useful double up tip - if your teammate insists on playing Fortune, then play Ghostly. Spirits do not travel between boards, making your team borderline useless as a backup so you're far less likely to accidentally brick your teammates lose streak.
I always thought Teemo poison wouldn't stack on itself, making trickshot effectively useless late game. I never even considered the possibility, so the fact that he was such a strong trickshot carry always baffled me. Thanks ducky
Fine vintage turns the items from the encounter that gives you a deathcap and a deathblade, into support items that you can keep forever 😅

I encountered a bug yesterday that totally broke my storyweaver board and lost me the game. My bench was full right before carousel and for some reason my picked unit pushed Kayle onto the bench and there was no way to move the Kayle back. Couldn't drag Kayle from the bench even after selling the extra units on my board, and next round the Kayle just disappeared, I ended up with 7 story weaver, no fking Kayle

iirc, this can fix itself if you bench storyweavers and put them back in.
@@Avengedtenfold oh nah once the kayle is gone she’s gone for good, you can fix it using your method during that round only, if you’re not fast enough it’s “me 8th /deafen”
For the Udyr components encounter, if you are in the Anvil portal or have the silver augment then you get 2 anvils instead so it doesn't matter which you choose
I really don't like when the needlessly hide information. There's more than enough room in the text box on the Udyr Encounter to literally say what you get is alongside the animal.
I think it just shouldn't be the same two items every time. Picking a mystery box is more fun than "giants belt and vest" box
If you have fine vintage and u meet the lux encounter which give u 2 support item for 3 round u can bench it and after 3 round it will transform in to another support item and become permanent
Random thing I saw a few days ago, but some stats websites are showing finished games where kayle's items aren't the 3/5/7 but 5/5/7 choices. I have no idea how this is possible or even where to start, or to be completely fair, if it can happen in game at all but would be very interested to see if you can dig something up.
The other day my friend and i got Blue Buff + Manazane + Tattoo of Toxin Teemo 3 with Magic Wand and a Blue Kayle sitting next to him. He did over 30k damage to someone who was playing 8 Bruiser. It was hysterical
tome of trait 2* must be the most op unit
One of the best trickster's holder is Xayah, you are practically playing a fon if you frontline the clone.
Trash to treasure was the first prismatic I got on pbe on day 3 and thought of ways to get reforges on artefacts and found this method. Glad to know it still works 😊
a couple of days ago i had prismatic ticket and everything must go, that was the weirdest tft experience ive ever had, since the core mechanic of gold management was (almost) completetly removed. I think I hit 5 4cost 3 star immediately when i went 8 and then later on when more people died in the lobby i hit 3 more. Understandable that everything must go must go from riots point of view. that augment feels very much not okay

had a weird bug yeterday where the trait, that changes every game, had kha zix and kayn, which are both reapers. never seen that before
There are a few more that weren't mentioned already in the comments.
1) There's an augment that copies the first unit you buy (below tier 4) - you can use that to get up to 3 additional gold per round
2) Kobuko (or w/e his name is) copied by Trickster's Glass can also stack HP, but it gets removed once you upgrade his stars (and then it starts from 0 again)
3) Any damage immunity items on Amumu would block the activation of his ability during immortality if he gets the mana at that time (his mana would just become zero and that's about it)
4) Ornn can block both Sett and Lissandra's abilities on his own, and he's really likely to do so (at least against Sett) if you place him in front of those
5) Sett actually benefits from AS items far better than from AD items (so, do put that Edge of Night on him)
6) An augment that makes one Behemoth a big boy records stats on champ's death, so you can put either Thresh either Malphite at the frontline with double or triple stoneplate to make Shen a REALLY big boy... or you can just sacrifice everyone for Shen - the thing would be quite literally immortal
7) Diana isn't manalocked and benefits A LOT from AP, attack speed and Adaptive Helmet (and stoneplate, but I honestly prefer having 1.5-2 tank items + 1 AP or guinsoo)
8) If a user of tattoo of force is too close to his next target, they won't stun them (sometimes it happens even if there's one empty square between them and the new target)
9) If Cait starts using her R and her target dies before the shot is fired, she instantly fires it onto the next target
10) It Tristana dies during the beginning of her cast, she instantly deals the damage to her target
11) Ornn prints an item to the closest target and the item is always "ideal"
12) Was mentioned in previous video, but oh well - you can de-attach tattoos by putting units with them on your bench
Ones I thought of but never really tried, so not sure:
1) Yone/Kha with a tattoo of force
2) Kobuko is Mortdog's fursona
3) What happens if Hwei tries to copy a unit that no longer has any copies available?
I thought Hwei works like a champion duplicator
@@Quantum_Goose at least in previous sets duplicator would sometimes refuse to be activated due to a unit not being in the pool (for example you have 8 Setts, enemy holds onto one - duplicator wouldn't work). I wasn't in this situation for last two sets so who knows if that's still the case.
I think duplicator was able to bypass champion pool since Set 4? Hwei works same as Duplicator rules, so he pulls out of pool if possible, but is able to ignore it
respect for calling caits ability her 'R'. the only time its acceptable to call an ability an 'ult'

A cloned set with trickster glas can also stack the bonus AD on his passive ^^

Well, I somehow managed to get a unit that I had three starred without that bug, I believe. Have no idea how it happened, but it was after a terribly low-roll game
I had a bug where my irelia attacked my OWN UNITS. I have no idea how to replicate it, but I do have video if you would like to try to figure it out.
Do you know if Archangels works retroactively on teemo? or is it just wis? i built it on him and dont think the damage was increasing with the archangel stacks but im not sure. would love to know if you know or not.
Unless there is a transformation ability (like Set 10 Gnar), pretty much all units will take current AP, so the poison tick should update right after Archangel proc
Hey leduck, I wasn't sure about a reliable way to reach out to you but i encountered a game breaking bug in my ranked game and I was curious if you could replicate it and make it known. We had the 3-7 radiant treasury as our portal, I was taking too long to decide and it decided for me (bc my shop was trash,) however at the time that it chose my item i was still clicking and holding on another item in the window which seemed to bug it out and caused the window to stay permanently on my screen for the rest of the game. The timer reset, and even after the timer it continued ticking into the negatives. This did happen because i'm a bad player, granted, but I still feel like this bug should be known.
I believe it's a bit of a rare bug, so it's not the easiest to replicate. If im not mistaken this mechanic can result in you losing an Augment during the selection.
@@leduck I didn't notice everything that happened, but the main things i noticed was that I couldn't sell anything or buy anything because I couldn't see the shop. Even hotkeys did nothing. Very frustrating bug.
I didn't register at first that the Heavenly trick was supposed to help playing Yone not against Yone and was kind confused and disappointed :D
I wonder if guinsoos on annie is viable to proc the healing from passive
With Manazane, what happens when the mana regen is on, but the unit can't regen mana atm (i.e. casting or manalock)? Does it waste the mana, or wait for the manalock to go off?
Kaisa for example saves up so much mana between second and third cast that she effectively casts twice in a row

re: 4:05 Does it also mean, If enemy 3-star a unit (Caitlyn), then I can no longer find any Caitlyn? Or I have to 3-star the Caitlyn, in order for this to apply?
you still can find and possibly 3 star another 1 cost unit in the board as it is based on the champ limit it has on the pool.
you can google tft champ pool for exact amount and details.
It's in regards to your board. Overall, there is a limited number of units in the pool, so you're still limited regardless but not to the degree you're thinking of.
That explains why I lost my reforger :(
i am currently hardstuck emerald 2 and whenever these videos drop you can be 100% sure that I will drop back to 4 lmfao

there is this trickster glass bug that allow 2 rakan 1 xayah or vice versa with 1 unit and trickster glass.
Still deactivates Lover trait though^^

Oh btw at 7:36 u said he lost the tome but i am pretty sure he didnt it just didnt appear on the spot but once he changed the zoe's place the tome appeared back so it did nothing basically
Think of this way: I had 2 Tomes and 7 Hwei Stacks and 2 Tomes and 0 Hwei Stacks afterwards. If I didn't block my Bench and used the Tomes I would have 3 Tomes, so I have one less.

@@aftereffects8834 It takes 7 stacks to create another tome. So, if he started with 2 tomes and ended with 2, he effectively lost 1.

If you fill your bench for pve rounds on everything must go you can force gold drops instead of champ drops, giving you some of the lost econ you would miss out on

hey leduck if you ever want to test videos if you make a new account and log in your first 3 games are first like AI people that are pretty bad. They play like bronze players so you can test a lot of fun stuff vs them lol
First games for new account are confirmed bots. If you want to save time you can simply leave those games and the game will close, since no real life players are present
kobuko with the 250% augment is the most broken thing in the game right now.
That Lissandra interaction needs to be adjusted for. The champion is already so low use as is

I didn't notice the Xayah's interaction with "Everything must go" augment! That's like 2 free rerolls everytime. Still, there's actually also another weird interaction like this. Did you know that with trickster's glass, you can make 2 clones if you gave it to Xayah & Rakan? This is because they are inherently 2 different champions and with a certain interaction, you can forcefully make the other champ interact with the glass.
