It’s crazy...If there’s one shoe I remember kids rocking back in the day when I was in middle school, was the more uptempo. The air on the side was so fly in 96!

I'm from South Africa, grew up in the 90s and basketball is not big here but everyone here knew Chicago Bulls and I saw these in George of the jungle and was fascinated ... Fast forward to 2020 and I had the pleasure of getting these in the Bulls colorway and I absolutely love them and will use them but try to keep them as clean for as long as I can... Bought the barrage low in black and white in 2020 as well and they're still brand new... 90s sneakers were best and you do a great job of bringing back the nostalgia bro... Keep it up!..

These are my grail, personally, for sentimental reasons. I had the OG pair, a gift from my grandpa. Someone stole them in my locker so I asked Grandpa to buy me the same pair... Being the most generous man, he did, so I wished I had kept them. I would cop but damn CoronaSh... killed my business so not the best time to cop! Anyway, glad you guys are still here to keep it real! 👍👍👍
I feel ya man. My uncle visiting from overseas was so taken back by all my shoes as a kid and bought me the black/red AJ1s in 2001 when we went to the store to get me the navy 1s...they were stolen in high school

I remember being born in the early 90’s and being in elementary school seeing older kids/adults wear these with their Jordan hoop earrings. This was around 96-97, and people would also wear mismatch color ways the same sneaker on feet.

I've always wanted a pair of Uptempos since I was a kid. I wanted the OG's, but they are a bit too expensive right now, so I decided to go with these since they were also worn by Pippen. I feel it's a very underrated shoe. It's the pinnacle of 90's Nike, with all the air bubble gimmicks, wild design and all. Plus they were worn in-court by Scottie. And they are going for cheap!! $168 on Stock X. Can't wait to get them.
It's weird that they didn't do the window in the sole. They went through the trouble with the Diamond Turf Deion Sanders re-release from a couple of years ago, which is a very similar shoe.

I hated the Uptempo in middle school in the 90s. Maybe it's because everyone (except me) had them. Now I absolutely love them. Really liking the Olympic colorway, even if we've seen it a few times already.

Air uptempos are my favorite show, i bought them (black/white colorway) because I liked them when I first got a job and didn't know that shoes appreciated and wore them down heavily but it took a few years and it was worth it for the comfort

From a nostalgic point of view I have a lot of love for those shoes, but they are absolute bricks, especially the last UNC colourway I picked up, having said that they definitely bring back the best memories

That 96 Olympic team had some of the best sneakers. I have the pair that came out in 2016. I think it’s nice Nike brings these out every 4 years. And I wish they bring back the white pair of these with the 3M piping from the early 2000’s.

This color came out in 2016, I was lucky to score mine off the sneakers app, Great color way totally an iconic sneaker. Mine still are in great condition so I won’t have to re-up on those.
