I'm surprised they do an intersection departure from TTPP. Awesome video man. I fly out of here all the time in the simulator, this is the first time I've actually seen the airport :)

I think they had ATR issuses so they canx 1 flight and up gauged to B737.
So this was a consolidation of 2flights plus some standby paxs.

Used the previous 737 to Tobago a few times, Sundays 6.05am departure as BW422 i believe, TAB was its stop en route to JFK, returning from JFK as BW423 on same day, also stopping in TAB, Nice footage btw.❤

sweet video bro, the kind of luck to get to fly on the max from trinidad to tobago and see a rare regional airline plus 2 international carriers on the same day is wild, keep it up!!

Probably overbooked the route plus accumulating standby. I remember that happening every once in a while, and ppl would get annoyed and be like “why y’all en bring out one the big jets” lol. The jet would scoop up like 2-3 flights worth of ATR capacity. Full flight to Tobago, everybody happy 😅

It's a disgrace that British Airways still flies those 25 year old outdated 777s to the Caribbean and Africa.. Yet they wonder why there is a movement to leave the Commonwealth..

The old version of this airport had nice palm trees in front of the viewing area. When you stepped off the plane, you felt greeted with warmth.
Look at how ugly and barren that termi al building is. Barbadosz Guadeloupe, St marteen and damn near the entiee caribbean has decor and pretty-up their airports. What happened to us? 5 years left before they repaint the planes guys...because THAT is what attracts more passengers. Not actual improvements of customer services and food. Nope. Paint the plane and change it from one of the most recognised, beautiful liveries all across the world of aviation...to an ugly pink plane.
