I’m a mom. I would not need ANY gun… nor shield…. NOTHING would’ve stopped me from running towards the gunman to save my child. Period.
One mother actually did just that after at first being stopped and handcuffed. Once released she was off and in the building. She came out with BOTH of her kids.

Here's a kicker, Uvalde trained for the possibility of a shooting, and even held a simulation the day prior. And one of the female teachers that got shot, was the wife of the guy that trained for the possibility of a school shooting.
....how weird is that? Uvalde was literally trained for this type of event, it happens 24 hours later, and the police responded like they had no idea what to do.
Training is different from the real thing. You can train all you want but when bullets start flying that can go out the window. Tho I bet most of the officers wanted to go inside it was the on scene commander who said to wait. Hell hd didn’t even have a radio

The heavily armed cops stood around in the hallways while teachers, armed with nothing but their courage, threw their bodies across the children in an effort to save them. I don't know how those cops can live with themselves.

It absolutely breaks my heart to see this. The fact that they stood by while the teachers and kids are absolutely defenceless- calling for 911 WHO JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR?!! This is despicable. So many lives lost...
police tried to storm the shooter but they were met with bullets that broke chunks of concrete. Zero reason for such weapons and bullets to be available to the public. That is why.

The entire 77 minutes video is available on CZcams; anyone can see it; I saw it, and my stomach is hurting. The most glaring demeanor was an officer cleaning his hands while the monster was inside, killing the innocent kids.

It has recently been reported that the officer on his phone was the husband of one of the teachers who was killed, he was reading the text from his wife that she was shot and in the room. He then it stated he tried to go into the room but was held back and unarmed of weapons by other officers. This was brought out publicly because of all the comments made about the officer who was on his phone while the shooting was happening. It stated he said " we have to go in now", and tried to do so but they stopped him. I would like to know the time that this occurred, him on phone, then trying to go in.

Why was NO ONE on a speaker trying to talk him out? This is honestly worse than I imagined. I'd do anything if we could see the video of when the Mom ran in and got her kids. 99% of the major shooting was during the first 10 minutes of this video, was she in there that quickly? I had to fast-forward through it after the first 15 mins but were there any shots from then until around 1:22 or 1:23? I kept hearing them yell something about a sniper, and what was up with the paramedic bossing all the cops telling them they can't go past him?

They still did nothing for 77 minutes and now 21 people are dead and 19 were children. The answer will never be making sure "good guys with guns" are involved with stopping an active shooter situation... Every single officer--local, state or otherwise--needs to be arrested and charged with manslaughter. The parents deserve medals of honor imo too.

So? He killed kids he lacked a disguise he still killed those children. Obviously he was bad mentally but nothing excuses the fact that he killed those 19 children. But also I think he was just working out where to go like what classroom. It’s worth noting that he knew he would not escape that school once he started shooting, because he in no way tried to conceal his identity, so yes he probs was mentally bad but again literally killed 19 children who would do that if they were mentally well.

It is disturbing to have audio.. To be honest.. I mean, audio of gunshots that you know murdered your child, it's a lot, they're already going through hell, I think that if they requested that beforehand it should have been honored. Just put of basic human decency you know.

Their job is literally to protect us. There is a big risk you could get hurt and even potentially killed as a police officer. Why are they retreating ?
Not only do we not know how many babies were shot during those 77 minutes, but how many could have been saved if given medical help during those precious minutes?
I understand why they edited the screams out, but I believe that the screams should have been left in. This sanitation of the horror isn’t what’s needed. The public should hear those kids begging for their lives, screaming in pain and terror, because maybe hearing those cries ringing out will actually be enough to make someone really step up and give these “officers” what they deserve: true accountability.

My favourite shoes when I was little were a pair of white florally light up shoes that my Grandpa had bought for me. I loved them so much I kept them when I out grew them and just smacked my hand against the bottom of the shoe to see the lights. I grew up in England, where school shootings dont happen, where I didnt have to worry about taking my shoes off and hiding where I couldn't be seen, I didnt have to worry about going home to my Mama at the end of the day because I knew I was safe.
America - You NEED to change your gun laws. How many more little children have to die before something is done? Why can't you keep your little one's safe?
