I can't imagine what it must feel like living in a country where anyone can go buy a high velocity assault rifle and one day decide to go on a shooting rampage. Crazy. @@jakejonesish But you don't do anything about it. You go on and on about how "complicated " it is. No it's not! The only reason it's complicated in your country is that you have this idiotic idea that having a gun is somehow tied to your freedom. As a nation, you have put 200 year old Enlightenment ideas on a pedestal, despite the fact that the type of tyranny those ideas were a response to and the tools used to enforce that tyranny are long dead. It's your whole national mythology that's the problem. The forces that threaten liberty today are very different from the forces your Founding Fathers dealt with 200 years ago, but you haven't adapted to that, and the modern tyrants have slipped in unnoticed. As was predicted, they're wrapped in the flag and carrying a Bible. It is a testament to how far your country has deviated from its ideals that a sizable chunk of your population thinks those tyrants in waiting are actually heroic defenders of your Republic.

there are horrible people in the world, would be nice if that was not true. Why people believe by having guns, it will or they will be able to stop a nut from taking over their country. What it will do is start a revolution of our two party system. The idea is a good one, what really happens is another story. No teacher was armed and kids died, no police officer was ready to go in. We have a country with different people who all have different intentions. You have to be lucky you don't have that in Australia, why I would like to move there, but I see people are moving out of New Zealand to Australia and to other countries, we can't find the perfect place. I have found it due to weather, but not people. Even my original country Spain has problems, if you could arm them, they would start a war in no time. Yet today it's like Japan. Our politicians took money from Germany and now will never be able to pay it back. Is it the people's fault that a politician purposely took money knowing it would cause harm. We can't deal with politicians, if we had guns, we believe they can't take away our rights and land. Today where I live, the police will let a criminal get out of jail immediately. If this shooter killed people in California, our governor would go to give him a prize and even George soros might call him to congratulate him, along with our DA, would make sure he gets out to commit more crime. Every country is in danger of a old man who hates everyone because of what happened to him when he was young, and he would like to change the world into a war zone. When he dies, he son and all the organizations he established will continue his work.

It has never happened, in Icelands' history. And that history spans 1,000 years. I graduated in 2004. Since then, it still hasn't happened. I honestly cannot wrap my head around being an American child who has to attend school, knowing every day that this could happen. I have a bad feeling the GOP will take the upper and lower Houses in the Legislature, because of inflation, very high gas price, and more American treasure sent overseas, instead of that funding being used to help the less fortunate at home. $60 billion on more military adventurism and aggression by proxy. Europeans have been killing each other for 2,000+ years. In every war before America under Woodrow Wilson emerged, they have figured out how to have peace. Let them do it again; they know what to do. They are not stupid. But I sure feel that America got its pocket picked for $60 billion dollars by a know-nothing TV actor who became president, who knows nothing about war, and the resources needed to win one. Instead, Uncle Sugar had to step in and sell Treasury Bonds to the Communists and our WW2 foes, so we can fund this European skirmish.

If you want an abortion in America just carry the baby to term and shoot it.
Instead of getting charged, you'll get a book deal and a paid speaking gig at the next CPAC convention lol

No. You are kidding yourself, because responsible owners didn't cause this. The troubled 18 yr. old killer who posted himself on social media was being raised by his grandparents. The pro-abortion forces want not only abortion on demand paid by the gov't, but a society of people waiting on gov't to provide for them from cradle to grave using gov't to redistribute the wealth of successful citizens to pull the poor out of poverty.

This is heartbreaking, I was helping a customer on the call earlier when I heard his TV background saying about a breaking news where 14 children were killed. I cried during the call and I have to ask the customer to be placed on hold, so that I could calm myself. My nieces are of the same age and they are living in the US. And we are people of color. I feel afraid for the safety of my love ones living there in the US. After the Buffalo incident here we are again. I just hope they go back here in the Philippines so that we could take care of them.
