I spent months using my iPad mini (at times) so I can use these headphones because they wouldn’t pair with my phone or iPad Pro. Finally I said, “enough” and found this helpful video. Now I am able to switch back and forth between devices. A weight has been lifted! Thanks for the upload. 😆

This was sooooo helpful. I got a new cell phone and could not figure out how to pair it to the Logitech. I thought something was wrong with the Bluetooth function. Once I did the Track up and volume up button to reset the Bluetooth, My phone paired up with it! Yay thanks for this video

I just came across this video in June 2020, thank you for your instruction on how to pair Bluetooth by pressing the Volume Up and Next Track Up buttons at same time. This really helped me when I was spending over an hour trying to figure why my Dell laptop wasn't pairing correctly!

I seem to be having a problem where I had to force shutdown my PC the other day, as it was not responding due to a game crash. Upon turning it back on, my headset will no longer pick up the Wireless Receiver that its connected to. I have tried the "Pairing Utility" on Logitech's support website, but it doesn't even work when it says it is. I am stuck with a fast blinking light whenever I try and repair it, or if I turn my headset off and back on a slow blinking light. According to my PC, it says the headset is connected.
Secondly, the headset seems to work fine if I change it to bluetooth mode and connect it to my phone, sound comes in clearly. Anyone else had this problem? I need a fix badly.

i havent been using mines for 4 years and oh my god thats because the charging cable was lose and broken so therefore i left it in the dust, this time i decided to use it so yesterday i charged and it worked!!!but around 8pm but towards 11pm to 12am, the headphone no longer works and doesnt even open!!whyyy?

No dongle required when BT works correctly. The dongle is a fallback option.
