In the final version I expect the software controlling the motors will do a bit of traction control so that the wheels all turn at the same speed. I would expect a sound when that system does something because unlike on a normal truck, there wouldn't be any sound from it happening.
I also think they might add a sound for "you may want to back off on that go pedal a bit". Without sounds, and with the high off the ground perspective, it could be a bit tempting to go just a little faster than the authorities suggest.

I was there when you did that. It was indeed, impressive. I don't understand though, why so many people take this as an opportunity to trash the Tesla Semi. The two trucks are designed for two completely different markets. Topsey is intended for heavy hauling over rough terrain. The Tesla is intended for fast hauling of highway-legal loads on highways and through urban areas. It's like a baseball-bat manufacturer saying that their bats are way better than some other company's golf-clubs.

Power and efficiency of electric with portable energy of diesel, and because the gen can be designed for max efficiency it should be relatively quiet too.

As currently designed Topsy would have a little advantage at high altitudes. The tree line is as high as they were thinking. To make it work better higher up they would likely:
      1) Add an extra blower to the diesel to get the effective compression ratio higher at altitude.
      2) Add more cooling hardware on the electrics. Thin air doesn't carry away heat as well.
