We gave Lorenzo $500 worth of ingredients and Frank's notebook to make the best steak dinner he could (with a quick assist from food scientist Rose!) On the other side, Frank received $16 worth of goods and tried to improvise his way up to gourmet. Who achieved the most impressive results under these mixed up circumstances?

Lorenzo and Frank is easily my favourite combination for this channel. Great chemistry, Lorenzo always comes good with Frank’s ingredients and Frank always adds his own twist to make the dish way better.

I love how kind, positive and selfless both of these chefs are. Lorenzo seems like he would do his best to make the people around him laugh. Frank is a professional chef and clearly knows what he's doing and what he can change. Yet, their interactions are nothing but respect and admiration for each other.

I think that was the better choice for Frank to do overall regardless. It's not like he's going to mess up a simple home cooked recipe, so might as well make it more interesting and challenging by using the same exact ingredients and adding a professional chef's twist to it.

I just love how Frank applauded Lorenzo's use of coke as an ingredient, stating he'd have to try using it himself, he's so kind, as I feel a lot of chefs are away from the kitchen, a professional culinary environment can be extremely heated and intense, so it's always great to see this side of pro chefs!
I've been waiting to see Frank interact with the non-professionals, he's always struck me as the kinda chef who can appreciate other's take on a dish and give some level-appropriate tips, and learn a little himself. Guess that's why he's an instructor.
He seems like he would be a great teacher.

I love this show because I want to be a pretty decent chef and this isn’t boring to watch and I learn Frank is talking about what he is doing while cooking and it’s pretty interesting and then Lorenzo is making the show funny and entertaining and I’m even learning from him I even laughed a few times
