its like racking a heavy bench press, its much stronger when you take the arms out of the equation
Is there a gogoplata on the way out there for the first escape?
After moving his head to get your elbow frames back, can you skip using your hand and just pummel the elbow?
What about when they squash your face with their hip making you face to one side?

Can you address how to pass to north south when they’re trying to retain guard from north south .Scenario: torreando to north south and they high leg and soun to face you..how can we beat that?
