I WASTED $25000 Snow Tracks on A MUD RECOVERY!

On This Episode we got a call that a Ford F-350 with a camper and a flatbed are stuck in deep mud. The driver left the truck sit over night and called us the next morning to recover him. Once we got out there the entire truck was frozen to the ground with ice surrounding it. We had to axe away at the mud and ice so we do not damage his truck and then had to put alot of pulling power on him to break him free of the suction. Be sure to watch and enjoy as you see how we wasted our Snow Trucks doing this Mud Recovery!!

American track trucks have an approach on the front. But they are definitely better for the snow then mud or rocks. Definitely enjoy the videos the quality has drastically increased. Cant wait to see hellboy done!

The truck would be a lot more versatile with tires on it again, definitely bigger ones and you wouldn't have to haul it around I think that's a great idea.

The aluminum bogey wheels work great we swapped out our rubber ones for solid aluminum from Bair products inc. for our skid steer I bet they would work great for them tracks

They are a ton of fun you would love it! Big rubber selectable diff locks a massive winch and most are capable of 25mph or so!
Put short throw shifter in that lol. You would think quick shifts would be more important too maintain speed etc .

If that camper truck were mine i might try unloading the sxs and the trailer to get the pickup to dry ground. Move the trailer with the sxs then put it all back together instead of hiring a tow truck.

He was trying to get to the main road, and he had to cross through the mud to get there. It’s a natural spring flowing through there. He would have had to take a different road to go around it, I don’t know why he didn’t

Why do they have bigger than normal tires on the steers? The trailer tires usually look standard or even smaller than standard sometimes.
Why do I always see a KW with massive steers pulling a step deck or lowboy?
(Maybe "Ask Wrecker Rick" could be a new video series?)
Cause KW is the best.
they have a higher capacity so they can carry more weight, also put more rubber on the ground for stability.
step decks and low boys are low to the ground so they can haul big loads, they generally have permits so weight is not a concern, so they pull them with heavy hauls and most of the time it’s a KW.
