- One of my Heaters Stopped Working.. Code 6 ~ Impeller/Motor Error.
We DisAssemble the unit to discover the Commutator Worn MuCH MoRe than it should be .. and the Brushes Worn CoMPLeTeLy..!!
Parts are On Order.. There Should be another Video or two .. to cover rebuilding BoTH of my Heaters.

I think I have the same problem, been just doing the old sleeping bag inside a sleeping bag under a stack of comforters trick, thanks for the video, that's gonna make things suck a lot less

Thanks Ron.. .. I performed a quick rebuild on the heater that had stopped working, and hit the road.. The noisy heater will get rebuilt very soon.. and i SHaLL record in detailed video of that full operation. Life sometymes dictates when things happen.. and it LooKs like i will be on my way to Alberta.. as soon as i complete a few tasks, in Ontario. Your Positive FeeDBaCK is Greatly appreciated ..!!

I keep repairing whatever goes wrong .. and .. if i ever reach 1,000 subscribers and 4,000+ views per video .. i may be able to (pay for and) use better music 🎶🎵

The motors go bad all the time on these. They are cheap and the brushes are too soft and wear out quickly. I wish they had brushless motors . The pretend sensor on the fan itself is nothing .I have had the blast tubes crack inside etc .These are great heaters but made with chinesium and crappy motors and the new ones have even crappier modules now and you cannot adjust fan speed settings or up the pulse rates .
