The Philippines has released a video showing how the Chinese Coast Guard tried to hamper a medical evacuation mission. The Philippines was trying to rescue a soldier who had fallen ill, but Chinese boats tried to block the rescue. They even rammed into the Filipino vessels while the evacuation was underway. The Philippines has called the act "Barbaric & Inhumane".
