Netanyahu is not in person actually fighting on the ground in Gaza. It is IDF personnel who are actually on the ground, & fighting with Hamas. That means IDF's judgement is 100% accurate than Netanyahu's assessment. Netanyahu is a Politician and is clearly talking from Political point of views. That means his assessment of Hamas capability for the past, present and future is far from the real facts.

Each candidate get a different paper from the data pool based on the mentioned criteria. Exams can be conducted through the year and the results computed within half an hour of taking the exam...
