I bought the JBCO version of this gel but haven’t tried it yet. I’ve never tried the coconut hibiscus line (I know. Natural for years but never tried the OG line) but this gel is peaking my interest

I’m going to purchase this on Friday . I have seen this in the store but was afraid to purchase because of the fact so many products now a days are not living it up to the hype.
So true they do not. I have wasted way to much money if you find something that works stick to it.
I tried this one. I bought it from Walgreens for $9. Then I saw it at Walmart for $7......I should have checked Walmart first because I already knew that Walgreens was taxing. It flaked so bad on me. I really loved how smooth it went on and the smell is very nice. I may try it again without leave in. I used the curl love by Camille rose. I did the mix test first and everything but.......
target has it for 9. but I got it there incase I need to return past 30 days.

Did it flake after a couple of days using especially on the edges?
Edges have flaked not the primary wash n go but the edge gel turned white on me. 😔

It’s cute but definitely wouldn’t work for me. Not enough hold. I used to mix their gel with my xtreme gel back in the day and it gave me nice soft curls. But since I hit pre-menopause my texture changed and my curls are tighter and strands are coarser so my wash and goes don’t come out the same. If anything maybe this would work for twists but that’s probably all I could do with it. Probably not worth buying. I can do that with plenty of things that I already have. I love Shea Moisture but I’ll pass on this one.
