I tried this gel from the JBCO line and the application was so amazing but the hold DISAPPEARED the next day. I'm gonna give it one more try with welt line on top 😮💨Your final results were so shiny.
I definitely should try it with wetline on top too. I loved my results I just needed a little more hold!!
Ooo!!! I’m still a Shea Moisture fan … just got the high porosity hair mask. Gonna try this gel too. I don’t like a cast. I wash my hair every 3-4 days … so might be good enough for me.

I recently just bought this and it’s amazing. I have actually been loving it for the past 3 wash days I’ve had. For context I only wash my hair every 2-3 weeks. But my hair is 3b, 4a by curly hair type. I swear by this gel. It’s really smooth. It’s not that heavy and the gel cast isn’t too hard after. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. And my curls last me at least 2 of the 3 weeks before wash days.
I loved how smooth this gel is as well! Literally glides onto the hair!!

I tried that gel. It gave me a beautiful wash and go for exactly 48 hours. I need mine to last longer than that. After 3 attempts, I ditched it.

I ❤️ this gel...doesn't make me itch like Ecostyler. Shea moisture also has an oil gel version that's nice too and a black castor gel one too..try them👍

Lol! I still like to support other small black owned brands BUT this one is so accessible and is literally everywhere, so it's worth a revisit in my opinion!

It probably extra moisture bc that low porosity leave in is full of glycerin. I tried the Jbco gel it flaked on me maybe try this one day.
I’ve tried the JBCO gel. I didn’t like it. No hold and it flaked. I gave it to my roommate hoping it would work better for her. I’m glad this one worked out for you though
Nooo not the flakes! Just curious, what leave-in did you use? So that I know what to stay away from lol
@@AllThingsMoElle I used the Shea moisture apple cider vinegar leave in that’s in a jar. They mixed well in my hands but flaked in my hair 🤷🏾♀️

why don't you try making a gel out of flaxssed i hear that it's good and easy
I've thought about it, but my hair really doesn't enjoy flaxseed gels for wash n go's! Although they give me great definition I just need a bit more hold
Can you recommend something for my dry hair. Perfumes give me a headache
I haven’t used many fragrance free products that I can recommend. However for dry hair I highly recommend products from Donna’s Recipe, Nature’s Little Secret, and Miche Beauty. I’ve used almost product from each of those brands (Miche is the only one that I haven’t used every single product) and in my experience all of them are amazing for dry natural hair!

I tried this gel several times and didn't like it. My wash n go lasted 2 days max and it's so thick! I gave it away 😂
