    Hey Dorian. I'm 18 I have worked out for a little bit now for like a year. When I started I did 6 days a week for like 2-3 months, then went down to 3 days a week full body and now I've been doing a 4 day split working;
    SUNDAY: Shoulders & Triceps
    MONDAY: Back & Core
    TUESDAY: ●
    WEDNESDAY: Chest & Biceps
    THURSDAY: ●
    FRIDAY: Legs
    SATURDAY: ●
    I've been training to failure really pushing myself with that 4 day split for like a month now and I want to really pack on muscle mass. I recover pretty well, if I train legs on Friday I think by next week Thursday Friday I'm ready to go again. So almost 1 week break for each body part. My body feels good, I'm a natural lifter and so I just wanted to ask that if I want to pack on a lot of muscle and mass naturally, am I on the right track or is there something that I need to fix?
