FILM DESCRIPTION:
After fleeing from a stage show, the illusionists (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson) known as the Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the world's computers. Meanwhile, vengeful FBI agent Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman), the man he blames for the death of his father.

As much as I like Henley, I prefer Lula's character. She has a sense of humor which is a huge plus and I feel like there was too much sexual tension between Henley and Danny in the first movie.
Really? She was constantly getting on my nerves, because she constantly talked and most of her talk was nonsense, but not funny nonsense, like a character like Deadpool would throw around.
It was always: "Oh god, please shut up, before I'm forced to strangle you"
Its one of these movie characters, designed as "quirky", but poorly executed to end up massively annoying instead. Lola should have been thrown out the window and never mentioned again, truly a poor replacement

I couldn’t stand her & although the 2nd act fell far below the first, Lula Liz Cap was a big part of why.
I was ff on the TV just to see what the outcome was of Dylan & Thaddeus.
After such a great original, this was quite the disappointment.

Sucks to lose Henley, but Lula is great too. And also, can't really blame Henley for leaving. She was pregnant at the time, and her opening scene in the first film actually did go horribly wrong when filming.
Well, if Henley’s actress was pregnant in real-life, then they should have simply wrote that into the story. Basically, Henley becomes pregnant after getting knocked up by Daniel Atlas. She appears in a few scenes at the beginning of the movie while enjoying the pregnant life before she suddenly gets kidnapped by the bad guys. Henley would eventually appear again in a few scenes at the end of the movie when she inevitably gets rescued by the good guys. (Lula can still be in the movie regardless.)

Back in 2017, the plans for a 3rd movie included Lizzy returning as Lula, and Isla Fisher was not coming back as Henley for the next one. Also, Benedict Cumberbatch was supposed to join the 3rd film as the bad guy. But that was 2 and a half years ago, so god knows if the 3rd one will ever come, and whether it’ll be Lizzy, Isla, or both that come back. It’d be great if they both come back, they’re friends in real life, so I don’t think it would be any issues with the actresses that would keep them from both appearing.
