This, totally this. I'm just starting to see the signs with my doggo, and I'm already preparing myself. When pulling things like those containers, put hooks on the top of your dozer blade, when it gets stuck instead of backing up and going forward with it hooked to the blade you can move the blade up and down as you tram and it will come right along with no problems. Used this method in the coal mines for years in deep mud and water. Just a suggestion! Like your show!
Oh that's cool. I was thinking shipping container "sled" or something would be cool (at least fun to watch him make). But what you said makes total sense :)
@@troyhumphreys9952 I have used sleds like you are talking about, and depending on what you have on them they work really well. He could weld runners right to the bottom of the container but I think he would still need to hook to the blade and move it up and down as he trams. He could get a lot bigger Dozer and that negates the need for runners, sleds or being hooked to the blade, lol.
What a great property. The view from there is unbeatable. The sunsets must be breathtaking. Seeing your pup run and play - priceless. You did a great job with the property so far. Great video. Watched it all. Had the same problem with my RV furnace until I learned a trick from an old RV technician. He said to light the gas stove and let a burner or two burn for a couple of moments to get the propane flowing through the lines, then light the furnace, turn off the stove and enjoy. Sometimes air gets in the propane line going to the furnace and keeps it from igniting (sort of like vapor lock), the gas stove trick has worked for me more than once. Also, something as simple as a spider web can mess up the igniter. Great to see the older videos of Levi. My favorite one was when he jumped off of the boat dock to get in your boat, missed, and came up under the dock and you jumped in to save him and pulled him out unscathed!

Have not seen Levi in a long time. He was sure a senior in this video. What a good dog he was.
Poor pup, he was really struggling on that hill! May his soul rest in peace. 💙
I'm just adding what other people have said, It is very heart warming to see Levi and yes it is so unfortunate these wonderful animals don't have a longer life span
We have the pain of losing them, so they don't have the pain of losing us.
@@stephenroylance3958 well said. Very true
I need to get me a Cody and a mountain top, that dog is ace.
You gotta good spot keep up the go atit attitude your doing awesome thanks for the adventures and keeping it interesting to keep watching thanks John
Little did Andrew realize at that time, this hill would be his nemesis for years to come.
The place I'm cleaning up now is on a mountain side and I wonder how they ever got it cleared out and adding a paved drive way to it.
Never a dull moment. 3 hours of suspense, watching Andrew tear his stuff up. Awesome
“Well I broke my chain…. Whoops.” 😂😂
@@colbycarnes5786 Oh well...
You are awesome bud I’ve been watching you for years now. It’s amazing how you work and can do it all. I’m hooked seen everyone of your videos and always looking for more.keep it coming
I had a lot of fun watching this for 3 whole damn hours, the time just flew by.
Plus, the dogs makes it even better! ❤
Brings a tear to my eye watching your old puppy. Watch many of your shows you've done good for yourself. Good luck, Jeff
At first, part of me said ugh 3hrs. At the end I was bummed it was over! Could’ve watched another 3hrs!
1. It was wonderful seeing Levi again, what a great dog he was!
2. The amount of hard work you have put into your mountain top is ridiculous!!!! It really is amazing what you have accomplished there and I can’t wait to see what you have planned for the future!!
3. Kudos to all your friends that have helped in your endeavor. Good friends are priceless, cherish them always!
1st year owning this property, wish I could have be their for a few days!! Thanks for the trip! Reminds of grandparents on the farm in Kansas!!
Andrew, Amazing story and especially a new “horizon” for your life! Beautiful views! Thanks for the long video!!!
Nice! Looking forward to this! Such a beautiful location and so nice seeing Levi again 🥰
Yep.. Andrew is always like 'Go Big or Go Home'.. gotta love his amazing content.. ;0)
No doubt, first thing I thought of.
Andrew ia deffinetly a ,,one piece man".Love your channel !
He could get a lot bigger Dozer and that negates the need for runners, sleds or being hooked to the blade, lol.
just finished video start to finish having enjoyed it all good luck awaiting further videos of the castle
What a great property. The view from there is unbeatable. The sunsets must be breathtaking. Seeing your pup run and play - priceless. You did a great job with the property so far. You are the hardest working young man I have ever seen. Be safe and blessed in all you do, and keep cranking out quality like this. By the way, your castle is freakin' awesome!
It’s funny, I always become convinced Andrew’s going to smack his camera against a tree, but it never happens. 😆
@56:16.
@@Z4Zander - IKR! So close, I flinched.. lol
same
I kinda wish he would lol i hate those 360 cameras
Editing.
“I had a picnic table… Then I noticed I don’t have a picnic table anymore… Let’s go find our picnic table.” Classic Andrew 😂 awesome video
You are so fortunate to be able to see those years with Levi. Really bitter sweet seeing him again. Thanks for sharing. 😊😊😊
It was great to see Levi again at the start of this video and then the progress you all have made since the beginning. Thanks for sharing. Steve UK 🇬🇧
At first I was like, "3 hrs might be a bit too long."
Then after the first 10 min I'm like, "I hope this lasts all day."
Just can't get enough of this content!
Way to go Andrew!
BTW, how long did it finally take to finish uploading?
ZACTLY how I felt and then I remembered I watched 2 hours on chainsaws.
10-4!
Fake account
I didn't even realize it was this long :D just watched it
@@kevocos close. Married but no kids.
Such an emotional 😭 beginning. Levi and my lab Bella we’re almost the same age at the same time. Just brings me back to some of her final adventures we had together. Thanks for the happy memories
I agree. Hard but great to see Levi for a bit. Cody sure mskes a great replacement but he is not the great Levi. Love all your vids. Been following for about 3 years. Keep it up Andrew. Always an adve ture with you.
Ive been watching ALL Your videos for some time, Congratulations on the Parcel Purchase Andrew !
Aw right away the dogs are adorable. The full cycle with one being towed and the other running in front. They sure give us a lot of joy...I like to think we give them lots too :)
That's one of the best Camarata videos I've ever seen. Top notch free entertainment covering a year long project. This was a great 3 hours to watch, my wife and I enjoyed the whole thing. Thanks for also including that close call with the two dozers, there are old pilots and bold pilots but not old bold pilots; careful out there space cowboy.
Andrew is living the good life. At 47 and a heavy equipment operator I wish I was smart enough and had the discipline Andrew had at his age I’m happy for him!
hey, you're just 10 years older, still in your prime years... it's never too late man! ;-)
@Matt Tretter... I'm a soon to be ( 69 ) year old conservative fossil next month in fact as my son Bill Jr. is older than Andrew here, LOL!
Great content provided here, Andrew is a non-stop bundle of energy!
Bill... :~)
Andrew you are a legend. we need more of this content!!! cheers from Portugal.
I love watching your dog and the energy he has.
Levis eyes when Andrew talks to him just melt your heart. Love these long videos there's so much content and can be anything nice one Andrew.
It was so heartwarming to see Levi again, Thanks for that Andrew. This video is amazing, worth watching every second, i am also pleased that you did not sell off the bobcat back whenever you promised that you will sell it and to see it back in action was a very good feeling. The view up there after you cleared that area, was breathtaking. Everytime you go up that hill withwhatever is absolutely interesting to watch. I hope you continue doing what you are doing and at the same time keep enjoying it, you are a continued source of inspiration to us all. I hope your well and i wish you best of health and fortune for future endeavors
It's a drone
When you go off grid you go all the way off, that's commitment.
This is one of your top 10 best yet...bro you hit a gold mind with that rock pile..and that dozer is incredible...i knew they were strong ..but wow!..
That machine can't to it all.. but you sure can change the world with it...
Great stuff...thanks for taking us with you...
Seeing the good ol boy Levi again was a treat, he must of been so happy to share so many great experiences with his favorite people
I’m very glad to see you practice safety one wrong move could cause a lot of trouble and pain be safe out there love the content your so talented 😁
its nice to see from the beginning, when you first discovered this place with Levi, Sadie and Cody and then watching you transform it into a liveable place. great job! I am glad you put the various recordings togehter into one long coherent story. mammoth construction project and mammoth video compostion. great job! thanks for posting.
I've never seen a video thats 3 hours long ever rack up this many views that quickly! Shows just how much support Andrew has on his channel, love the video!
I don't think I've ever watched a 3+ hour video....but this is the first.
Views vrs thumbs up is disgusting though.
Let's not even talk abount comments.
@@wagnerj01 Yeah, I didn't notice that, wonder why. He got a like and a few comments from me, haha.
He has more views than a hit Elton John song.
I'm watching from Tasmania and enjoyed every moment at 75 i can only say good one mate , I bushwalk and enjoy the outdoors.
After 3 days of watching in between work and sleep, this was truly a work of art. Thank you for the time and effort you put in to satisfy your subscribers. Can’t wait to see what this property brings for you. Secretly hoping for a “laying gravel on the new driveway” video.
Me too.
Why lay gravel when you can make it 😏
@@nashvilleslim less mud to deal with, I guess.
He did blast at his other property, so it’s plausible.
@@dustinmeier9753 I did think about that after Nashville Slim commented. Though he used that rock to expand his "LOT". In any event, I just want to see Andrew do 2 miles of road work. LOL. I'm spoiled after watching a 3 hour video.
Just brilliant 👏 👏👏👏, loved every minute. I'm in London England, wish I had a 'Mountain top'. Many thanks for a captivating upload. Your foreman had 4 legs and oversaw the job with precision 🐶🐕🐾
Brilliant ,had to watch it again to remind me of where this adventure started and how far you’ve come a lot of hard work and water under the bridge, don’t know what’s intended for this property but glad spring has arrived so we can see more progress
Andrew’s buddy saying “ just take it easy…” had me laughing.
Never once seen Andrew “take it easy”
Him trying to stop him cracked me up. "Yo! Yo! Yo!" I was like dude it's gonna take more than a few Yo's. 😅😂
Honestly I believe there were a few beers involved before they hauled that picnic table up the mountain lol
Andrew camarata
The man who:
-Used a chainsaw to install a radio in a car
-Built a shipping container castle
-Does a lot of "outside things"
-Bought a mountain
Loves dogs
And blew one up!
Damn near recorded his own demise getting squished between two dozers.
RIPPED UP A LAWN MOWER WITH A BRUSH CUTTER ( MY REASON FOR SUBSCRIBING) ok just noticed the all caps, sorry
So good. If this were 5 hours I would still be glued. Who else is with me.
Amazingly done. Educational, interesting, mesmerizing. You have perfected the vocation of excavation and land clearing. Not to mention videotaping and publishing quality content. Your being exceptionally happy and deeply engaged in all your work really comes through. Well done!
There were many amazing things in this video, but the one i keep thinking about is Cody's consistent and enthusiastic participation in every task.
Like, during the seeding, he was teasing the four wheeler the ENTIRE time! Keeping pace with bulldozers on every trail. Hopping into the passenger seat of the side by side on every trip.
Right on, Cody!
Thanks Andrew! I was planning to go to hobby lobby and Home Depot until my husband saw you posted a 3 hour video and my whole afternoon had been in the house in the couch.. he loves your videos.. this one was awesome
This is the first time in my life that I watch a three-hour video on CZcams, thank you Andrew
I loved the "hey buddy" goodmorning to Cody 51:23 and he replied with one tail thump 🤣❤
What impresses me is this property's history dates back to colonial times. I would be curious to see the plat this land is listed on and see just how far this land goes back to and who might have owned it. Nice job, Andrew.
I'm only a few minutes in, but can see all of those stacked stone walls. That means there are cellar holes from the eighteenth century that would be great for metal detecting.
@@bige.3474 almost every hill in the northeast is like this.
@@bige.3474 my thoughts exactly as soon as I saw the stacked walls. Would love to get my Etrac on that property.
@@ohiodigger4391 Brad in Vermont would love that place.

Andrews philosophy - “I anticipate it’s gonna get messed up to some degree, but let’s see what happens”. LOVE IT! 😆👍🏼
He ruined the trailer though! Look at 55:00, Andrew is so careless
That had me pissing myself.
I have never subscribed to anybody's channel in the however many years I've been watching CZcams videos, and I just subscribed to yours. The strength of that picnic table can never be questioned
Congratulations on your new land purchase. So good to see Levi and Cody a full day for both of them. Levi is such a sweet boy.🐾🐾
Hey andrew, you probably wont see this but, I’m a 25 year old carpenter/builder and you are who i want to be when i grow up lol i love your attitude of seizing the day and going for it with your ideas. Youre a huge inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing your projects with us. At some point i hope to buy some land and live out of a tent as i build my own house
do it bud dont wait like it gets harder the more you wait go after it!!!!
This guy does a lot of cool stuff.
Enjoy watching it.
Just finished watching it. Took me a couple start and stops to get through it all but it was a good video. This is better than most of the stuff on any subscription service. Thanks for letting us follow what you're doing and the interesting things you do. Now I'm off to the next video
As a Brit I gotta say that was THE best 3 hours ive spent in a long time - watching a skilled young man living his dream. This is what life is all about. Hats off to your enterprising will to conquer all odds.
35 is still young!
I really like your mountaintop! It was hard seeing Levi like that. It reminded me of my own dogs when they got old, but it helps to remember that he had one of the best lives a dog could have.
This is CZcams to the MAX!
Amazing content, great dog and what a workhorse you are!
Skipped not a single second.
