    Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.

    Where did you get the idea for doing these exercises?
    No credit to Chris Korfist and Cal Dietz, or even earlier Jay Schroeder? C’mon, guys!

      Never heard either of these men. Some of these we learned from Nordine Taleb but 90% we researched and developed on our own. A lot of it is unique but many are standard drills done properly
