The one pot salmon & veggies is super delicious. I added sliced yellow onions and red bell peppers for more veggie power. It was the first recipe created in my new Dutch oven. It was flavourful and nourishing. Thanks girl!

Love me some pasta...although it's more difficult to digest as I get older. It's a bit heavy, that's why I stick to the non creamy sauces (too much creamy stuff in my youth and it's now catching up with me. LOL). I like the puttanesca recipe since I dig olives (had to grow to like them, too, but now I prefer the kalamata olives exclusively) and love capers. Where did you get such a large jar of anchovies? Only seen teeny tiny cans or the squeeze form. I was totally going to say use fish sauce but then you mentioned it. LOL! Target has sold Rao's forever. :)
I've been liking lentil and garbanzo bean noodles. Still may be too much "fiber".... for a lot of people lol! They have so many alternative pastas now, even at Walmart. quinoa, brown rice, edamame, and other regular gluten free ones. I hope you are able to try some, they are good and getting better every year!
