Anything you make will be excellent though. Also, Im starting to work from home and I was thinking; is there a program I can follow to take advantage of being in my home gym the whole day? e.g. If I were to perform a heavy TGU every hour each day would I be Superman within 12 weeks?

Having trouble deciding how low to go when I swing back. End up with very low bend during the swings. Could you help?
