@@StayBasedJesus Peruvians are the citizens of Peru and NOT Bolivia. Secondly, he, 'Burnt Fruitloop,' is American BUT his father was a Bolivian which makes 'Burnt Fruitloop' a percentage of Bolivian by blood only. The other percentage is from the mother if she is of a different ethnicity. I am guessing his father's wife may be American but I am not with certainty. And your assertion that "You can’t change your ethnicity by being born somewhere" is illogical and false. Ethnicity is a population group whose members identify with each other on the basis of common nationality or shared cultural traditions. He is American born and raised and thus, he is not of the Bolivian traditions and culture as it would require that he would have to have been raised in Bolivia to be of that ethnicity and culture and not America Ethnicity.
      1) Understand that CULTURE has to do with the language, religion, and customs that characterize a particular group's way of life.
      2) Learn that ETHNICITY usually refers to the national background with which a person identifies. For instance, Kelly identifies herself as ethnically part Jewish, part Italian, and part Mexican.
      3) RACE is defined as “a category of humankind that shares certain distinctive physical traits.” You can be sure we are the Earth Terrestrial Humane Race.

1:00 that is not the "central plaza of La Paz". It's just a plaza. La Paz doesn't have a central plaza per se. Also, you were in the northern edge of downtown La Paz, which is the old and touristy part of the city where you can see all the "indigenous" stuff that tourists like. It's also a very poor section of the city, which is why you didn't see any descendants of the Europeans. If you go to the southern part of the city (Zona Sur), that's where you'll see all the middle class of La Paz, and European descendants. The wealthy class is very small in La Paz and you can tell them apart because their kids go to one of the 3 best schools in La Paz, the German school, the French school or the American one, all three in the southern side of the city. Although a lot of the wealthy class has been moving out of the country or to the city of Santa Cruz for the past decade. 12:45 also the currency is not called Bolivar but peso boliviano.

@@TalesFromTheRoad Good control. I am sure you would`ve preferred to have told that person to 'go' somewhere else (than La Paz). For the record, I don`t think you talk too much or too little, just the appropriate amount. And it is really not only about the quantity of talking anyway, the quality of what is said is very important as well.
