- Cable cars are just the public transport in La Paz!
We had no expectations for the city of La Paz or really, any of Bolivia. But we had such a great day running around the city, checking out the Valle de Luna (Valley of the moon), The witches market, Riding the Cable cars, and trying our first Bolivian Saltena!

I went to Bolivia in May and had an incredible time, hope you guys enjoy your time there!!
It's so great! Underrated in our opinion 😀
Wow, great video of La Paz Bolivia. Really liked seeing all of the different rock formations and the Red rock colored mountain. That Cable car was definitely unique but it looked like you had fabulous views when riding.
Thanks for watching Ben! it was a great adventure in La Paz!
Hi guys, I'm Bolivian, so seeing more people visiting my beautiful La Paz is lovely. Your video was incredible. When we eat salteñas, we usually start eating from the tip, not in the middle. LOL. Seeing Emily biting in the middle was hilarious. (NO HATE)🤗
If u have a chance, u should visit "LA FERIA 16 de JULIO" in El Alto at the end of the red car cable.
Bolivia has vast biodiversity from mountains to jungle; U must visit SANTA CRUZ, TARIJA, and ORURO (carnival). Every corner of it is unique.
enjoy UYUNI😌
😄 whoops! It was still delicious! Ooohh I wish we saw this earlier! We've already left La Paz 😞 we'll have to check it out next time!
Cheers guys! Great episode, a "big" smile on my face the whole 18 minutes, thank you and keep enjoying!
"Maybe bus?" 🤣🤣 you're so adorable both of you!
😊 thanks for watching!
Hello! Love your videos, very helpful as we are planning to go on a similar trip next year - Bolivia, Peru, Argentina and Brazil most likely 🙂 started with Bolivia, I’ll watch your Peru vids now. Thanks for sharing your adventure!
Thanks so much for watching along! Glad we could help 😀
Hi, such a great video of La Paz.
I just wanted to point some something about the salteñas, nor the empanada or the "Salteña" originates in Argentina.
Empanadas have an Arab origen and were brought to the new world by the Spaniards. The name salteña was added to this empanada in the early 1900... it's quite mix up of stories but it gets its name from the nationality of an woman (Argentinean) who later married a Bolivian president. Argentineans were exiled from their country during the civil war and many took refuge in Bolivia; where the women would cook and bake pastries to help their families make a income. However this sweet salty pastry history starts in the colonial times, With a Spaniard descent Marchioness in the city of Potosi. She a knack for cooking and creating new recipes, her cooking book is one of the oldest in latino-america and it contains the recipe for an "Empanada Caldosa" or a soupy pastry.
The Marchioness of Saint Mary of Otavi and Cayara was born the year 1740 in what we know today as Potosi, Bolivia back the one of the biggest and richest cities in the world.
Woah! Thanks so much for all the info, this js great to know! 😊
scenery. You did amazing job with this video..great footage. Have a great day.

Thank you! 😊
Another amazing video, keep up the good work
We can't wait to visit, what a breathtaking city
Such a cool city!! 😀
Those cable cars are amazing - what a cool place
They are! such a cool place!
Ok that cable car system is awesome. Who needs a monorail lol. The Macarena playing in the background of your food tasting seemed like a perfect match 😆
😄 🤣 every city needs cable cars!!
2:00 fun fact about mi tereficò (the name of the cable car system). It is actually the only cable car system used as transport, other cable cars exist, but they usually only have one route and are for decoration mainly
Super cool! We loved it haha
"Wrong left" 😅
Great vlog, thanks for sharing. Once again, just loved the drone shots ❤❤❤
haha thanks so much!
Mi patria cada ciudad es diferente ❤ viva Bolivia 🇧🇴
Wish we could see more!
Had a great time in La Paz, only issue was getting over my altitude sickness.
The elevation is crazy! Especially coming from sea level
11:02 también pueden ir al Valle de la Luna en el Teleférico 🚡
We didn't know that!!
I am from la paz, but i live in mexico and i went on vacation to la paz on december 2023 and the cable cars are amazing. Cheers

It was gorgeous! 😍
❤❤❤❤
☺️
I’m going to bolivia in January, and im worried of getting lost, what do you think ia the best way of transportation there?
Cable cars!
Really scary cable car, too high. But the view is amazing.
Such a cool experience though, and so cheap!
Hi! New subscriber here and loving all of your content! May I ask what bus did you take from Puno to Bolivia? I have upcoming trip to that country in 3 months. Thanks a bunch!
Hey there! We booked through redbus and caught the 5am one! The station is a little confusing but there are workers there who are great at directing passengers! Don't think you can go wrong with which bus you choose, they all seemed incredible similar!
@@JordanandEmily thank you so much for responding!
😊Prayers for a safe journey! How many years do you want to travel? Do you have an exit plan?
I hope they haven"t got an exit plan.. Hope to watch their videos for many more years. 😝
We've got a few years left I think! 😉
Hi - what area / accommodation did you guys stay in? Thanks
we were in the Selina hostel in La Paz! nooottt sure if it was worth the price though!
16:01 te dieron una salteña picante🌶️ la próxima pide una salteña dulce o sin picante
La salteña se come desde la punta 😃
😊 thanks!
Wrong wat to eat a saltine. you start at the tip and work your way to the end. Never at the middle.
Haha whoops!
kara & nate Australian version 🤭.... just kidding
She sounds like supercar blondie😅
😄
Unfortunately, you ate salteñas the worst way possible. Never from the middle but the top (vertically) 😀
Hahaha whoops 🤭
