- I am going to show you how to make a digital planner to sell on Etsy in 2024. Making a Printable planner using Canva is very easy to do. This tutorial on digital planners will boost you in the right direction to start selling printable planners on Etsy or your own website. In order to make a digital planner you need to know what kind you would want to sell. There are many to choose from but in this video I made a daily digital planner and a weekly digital planner. After you create your digital planner using canvas you can then upload it to Etsy and start making sales.

Yes! you can use the planners that give you the commercial licenses to use them. But make some sort of changes to them so they can be your own.
Can you still legally sell the planner with using the elements from Canva? Like do any of the fonts, pictures or anything have a copyright?
This would work but if you plan to do digital planners to use on goodnotes or other notetaking apps... if your planner exceeds the elements and page limit on canva, you will now need a pdf editor to merge, rearrange pages, add hyper links to the various pdf documents you made in canva in one big pdf which you will also need to compress without loosing font, size, color and quality.
printable planners are much more better.

Thank you so much! and Yes, You can do it that way or you can do it weekly. There is really no right or wrong answer since it's your planner. I like to bundle a lot of different planners up.
How do you link pages to one another so when customer is on goodnotes with your pdf planner they can click on a tab that takes them to a specific page in planner?

The only question i have is how do you make the rulers and guides on the roght sode of the page? Mine only shows up on the left. Im so confused
It should allow you to slide it over to the right side once you click on it.

Yes! the basics are daily, weekly, and monthly. Then you can add other pages like Budget, to do list, and health.

Yes, you can place the file in a folder then zip it and upload it to Etsy.
How do you get your planner sizing is it different than making a journal??? 8.5 Ă11 is different making journal or you just put 8.5 Ă11 for digital planner
Yes I just put 8.5 x 11 which is just default letter size for US

After you place the first one where you want it. You just drag the second one on the other side of the page where you want it

It can still be PDF. They can purchase it from their tablet on Etsy. Download and open in goodnotes for use.

so how do we list this on Etsy? do we list the PDF? and will the buyer download a PDF to print or will they be able to edit the standard PDF we uploaded? if we are making a daily digital planner, must we make for each and every day of the week or will the buyer duplicate the extra pages themselves? I wish these questions were tackled in the video
If we buy a daily planner from creative Fab can we use for our planner and sell on etsy
You will need to check to licenses from that but I believe you need to change up the planner to your style in order to sell it.
Can we use the pro elements for selling the digital planners or no?

Yes, You can use them!

They can print it out or upload it to Goodnotes where they can write on it digitally.
