This counts out the first tomb shown.
A historic Jewish ossuary would not have the name Jesus on it as this was a Greek alliteration of the Hebrew name Joshua, which is the actual name of the first son of Joseph and Mary. Mary Magdalene is historically said to have traveled to the south of, what is now, France, died and was buried there. I think this discounts the other tomb.
The tomb found in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre is most likely the actual place Jesus had been buried.

We spoke about this to a new minister at our Luthern Church in Florida after church. We showed him the picture.
