    How to Make Instant Pot Balsamic Bacon Green Beans
    ✅Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 pound bulk Italian Sausage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 small onion, peeled and chopped
    4 sweet peppers, cored and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    12 ounces uncooked spaghetti
    24 ounces Spaghetti sauce
    1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
    3 cups water or beef broth
    Parmesan cheese, to garnish
    ✅Instructions
    Press the SAUTE mode to turn on and add the bacon. Cook until it crisps up and renders fat. With a slotted spoon, remove from pot and set aside.
    Add butter as needed to make about 2 tablespoons fat.
    Add the onions and garlic and cook for about 1 minute or until softened.
    Add the chicken broth and scrape the bottom and sides with a wooden spoon to deglaze the pot.
    Add the honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined.
    Add in the green beans and mix well.
    Close and lock the lid and set the valve on the SEALING position. Pressure cook on HIGH for 1 minute for crispier green beans or for 2 minutes for a softer texture.
    When finished, quickly release pressure.
    Open the instant pot and add the bacon. Serve hot.
