Jigharthanda is available at Mudarai hotel in Thrissur but it didn't have the taste of the original drink which is available at Madurai or TN

Iam from sivagangai city where first Indian freedom struggle starts (50 kms faraway from madurai)
I write here the simple procedure of making jigarthanda.It may help to some subscribers and viewers who viewed your video.
Put two or three piece of dried badham pisin in small amount of water. Rest it for atleast 6-7 hours.
Take it and add some milk (half glass)
Then put some nannaari sarbath ( two teaspoon).
Add ice cream .It is best to add palcova flavour(you may add vennila flavour too...if you wish).
This is a simple method of home made jigarthandaaa.
Badham pisin is derived from badham tree(almond tree resin or almond tree gum)

I made Jigarthanda yesterday as it is easy to make at home and perfect for summer. All you need to buy Badam Pisin/Almond Gum/Gondh, which is a natural body coolant. Along with milk, sugar to make the caramel, vanilla ice cream and nannari syrup.
Badam Pisin can be used in other drinks like lemonade, rose milk etc. as it is very beneficial to the body.
