- This is a looped test I did for a character that I'm currently finishing. I used zbrush, blender and mari for the model and textures and for the animation I used the blender addons FaceIt and VirtuCam and I cleaned up the motion capture data I recorded on my Ipad with FaceCap. For the head and neck I used a simple 3 bone chain that I animated manually. More images and videos will be posted on my artstation and instagram account

Really amazing man!
This is the next level!
Thanks for the inspiration ;)
amazing work!
Thanks!
love this....sir..Amazing
glad you like it!
Oh its monkei thanos
nice one! what type of capture did you use? iPhone Face Cap?
Yes, exactly! I found that is has quite a lot of limitations (almost no asymmetrical brow expressions, limited abilities to make sad expressions, and many more) but it's an innate limitation of the ARKit by apple. But being able to adjust the strength of each shape is super useful!
@@FynnGB nice! I will try it, thx 😎👍
Good work ! What software you using for this motion ?
Thank you! I used Blender for the rig/animation/rendering
@@FynnGB that’s good man, look very realistic motion. Do you have a paid courses about how it’s made ?
Rendered with Blender 3.0 (Cycles)?
Yes! I set up all the shaders in 2.93.6 but decided to give 3.0 a chance and it rendered it in 1/3 of the time with better fresnel and less artifacts then 2.9
Good job with those huge teeth :)
Thanks! Needed some research to get it to that point!
