In Australia we call them prayer plants also

I love hearing your stories about when you were younger & how things were different at your house or at the garden center! I moved every year as a child and don't really have a lot of memories like that, I feel like we were never anywhere for long enough for that...?

what a cool tour....reminded me of alot of the house plants I used to have....I live in the basement of my house so no daylight and no windows....certainly makes me look forward to when I buy a cottage and will be able to have houseplants again ( and a garden as well of

I'm amazed at the selection of products at the garden center. I think I can easily spend hours there. Whoever does the product search and shopping has impeccable taste.

During a super quick pass in the beginning I saw the sweetest little sleeping kitten figurine! I am happy to report that he is on his way to my house!!!! And, of course, I’ll have to reorder so I can get the little black & white kitty & the gray one. So adorable. Thank you for this sweet tour
I move my houseplants outside onto our shady front porch for the summer and back in for the winter. Every summer I swear I'm gonna downsize my collection but every winter I'm so glad to have them tucked into the brightest spaces. Plus I find that the plant lights help banish the winter blues for me as well as nourishing the plants!
Ohhhh Laura.. your right, I'd go nuts in that garden center . Those houseplants are just beautiful..so therapeutic, for me anyway. I love that kitten tucked so neatly into the spider plant. Thank you for the tour Laura..I really, really enjoyed it.

Love me Staghorn ferns 😍 I used to have one so big it hung like a chandelier in an inner atrium of my home. Had to lower it with a pulley contraption to care for it and then raise it back up. Gorgeous specimen. Thank you for the tour 🌸

Who else wants to get in their pick up and driiiiiiiiiiive all the way to Andrew's Seed Co and load up?! The non-plant merchandise is just as interesting as the beautiful plants. I go to nurseries all the time (well, before Covid) and Andrew's is top notch. Here in Austin we have several superior nurseries and Andrew's is definitely one to visit if we go to the Idaho/Oregon area.
Her plants are so amazing. No brown tips, none are suffering anything! I really enjoyed the tour. My mind is now racing! Lol. Thanks so much. God bless. 👏🏻💕👏🏻

That new door is a great addition. The one time I was there you couldn't get inside easily and I was in a hurry, so just did the nursery circuit!
Loved the tour! Yrs ago I had a bay window that was so full of plants...it was a living curtain! I've had quite a few of the plants shown. Miss those days.
I have not been to my favorite garden center to browse in such a long time due to the whole shut down. This video went a long way towards helping get my "fix". Thank you to you and your parents for graciously sharing with us!
I just love all of your videos, when people ask me about landscaping, decorations, or house plants I tell them to search CZcams for garden answer and whatever they have a question about and you almost always have a video answering their question.

Really enjoyed this tour. There is something so calming about a walk through a garden center with so many plants. Since I was home so much more this year than ever before my plants per room ratio has dramatically increased and I love it (even through the great fungus gnat infestation). Any videos you can do on individual house plant care is always appreciated. Thank you for the tour

I noticed the remodel in your Christmas decoration video. It looks so nice and I bet it's exciting for your parents and staff to have a "Re-Do" of the space! All the plants look so healthy. I love to mix the wondering jew with fushia, in my mostly shade, window boxes. They perform so well! The cordylines are one of my favorite plants...I really love the Red Sister variety. I have planted those with Velveteen coleus and they make a great combo. Thank you for the tour and for taking the time to look at all the plants!

Wow...so inspiring! This video set off the idea bulb in my brain! I had not realized that I could now focus on indoor plants!! YES!! I must go shopping! By the way, I found your channel right after spring break abs since I’m a teacher, I had more time to piddle around in my front beds and basically dug them up and planted them up.Thank you for what you do.
