#cooking #cookingfail #cookingstream - Zábava
*Hey guys!! I really, really hope you enjoy
that's lower the chances of getting a boyfriend by a lot, hope you got a good money from this to justify this disaster
Julia Childs didn't have anything on you,my Dear!!🤣
At least you tried!!👍I really enjoyed watching this!!Thank you Miss Lydia for making us laugh!!❤🫡💯
Lydia , Sorry to tell you, but you need cooking lessons !!! 🫣 I agree with everything Gordon Ramsay said. but it was a funny stream 🤣 up until you caught the stove on fire 🔥😲
5:21 she said "while thats loading " when she put potatos in the oven
@NoobGamer-sc9lt lydia , is not gonna have a hard time finding a boyfriend. because of a bad cooking stream.😶
Her cooking is so good, even the smoke alarm is cheering her on!
Smoke detector says it done,
Lol
Good thing the fire extinguisher is available.
Lol
She had to be Yoking about though innit her IQ is off the chart 😎
she may be good looking and so but GURL dont cook please xD , even if ya playing it that ya dont can cook ^^;;
For those who want to look up recipes. Shepherds Pie is made with lamb. Cottage Pie is made with beef. That way you can get right one for ingredients you have.
Which one is better tasting?
@@JZT-JZT I can’t say. It’s what ever you prefer. I’m sure one could substitute with almost any ground meat. Some will need a little more salt vs the other. Add salt and seasoning a little at a time. You can always add more but it’s impossible to remove too much.
Only gourmets will understand the perfection of the dish she made, the "dirty plates" are like an old wine barrel that gives an exquisite flavour to it's content, the "fumes" coming of the oven are to make the dish not only delicious to the tonge, but to the nose too, and the whole "out of control" scene, is a representation of how there's beauty (the result) in chaos and both need each other to exist, making the whole experience not only a culinary masterpiece, but a revolution of artwork and craftsmanship too. Definitely one of the best things I have ever had the honor to witness.
and while that's loading🥂
Lydia, you should have named this video "A day at the crematorium". Ashes to ashes, dust to dust the shepherd's pie was a compete bust... 😁👍
Fry up 1-2 pound s of ground beef. Add two cans of cream of mushroom soup. Add one to two bags a frozen corn or 1 to two cans of corn. Add peas if you want. Then you want about an inch or so of potatoes on top preferably mashed. Then add half a stick of butter cut up into half a tablespoon each, throughout the top of the mashed potatoes pushing it in a little bit. Put salt and pepper on top and if you feel adventurous you can try other spices.. bake for 40 minutes minimum at 350. But if you put a tarp over you can cook it longer, which is fine.
You have to make sure the ground beef is cooked ahead of time as well as the potatoes.
No need to fret Lydia, there is always take away, and with a sparkling personality like yours, you will eventually find a guy who will cook for you. Your videos always brighten our day.
As someone who worked in a kitchen for half a decade this is incredibly painful to watch
It's on purpose. She knows how to cook
Laughing my ass of 🤣 Imagine cleaning that kitchen after that cooking stream 🤣
Where'd you learn to spell? It's obvious, spellcheck saved ya on even the ones you did spell correctly
🐓ing stream
Better now? 🤣
I am grateful no serious damage happened and you were unscathed. This was the first time I tuned in to your live cooking streams and I was shocked that you managed to destroy Shepherds Pie, but to be honest so did I the first time I tried to make one by myself. Better luck next time. Please read up on the recipies and required skills, equipment and steps before your next attempt. I look forward to the beans on toast; milk over cornflakes; pop-tarts and pot-noodle streams 😅😉💜
Your naivety annoys me
I refuse to believe she wasn't intoxicated while doing this
I'm praying this is a skit. I suggest watching a recipe video instead if not. lol, if you don't have what you need, don't cook it lol
@@TheMystrz she could have had all the right and the best quality ingredients in the world to make this pie
and it would not help her still because she has no skill in the kitchen .
i don´t know if this was supposed to be a skit (because it is not funny) or if she really is this bad .
@@darkglobe406i have a bad feeling it's not a skit. To make as much as she does she could afford cooking classes
😂🤣😂🤣 That was hilarious! Great editing job! Loved it! :)
The editor had so much fun working on this video 😂
OMG crying from laughing so hard lolol. The "grinding potatoes" just slayed me lol. Just a tip for future, sometimes prep work involves cooking ingredients before final cookiing/baking. i.e. in Shepherd's Pie, both the ground meat and potatoes are cooked before combining with other ingredients into final casserole/pie and baking. Be sure to read the recipe AND instructions/steps before attempting. EVERY chef/cook, no matter how famous or good, has ruined more than one dish/meal. Cooking is NOT for everyone just like most would not be able to do what you do. You might have zero talent for cooking but you DO have lots of talent for making us tune in and laugh. You are very wholesome and fun to watch
Even in the middle of a "disaster" you can look beautiful! 😂😂💛💛
Amen 🕊
I screamed, "NOOOOOOOO!" out loud at the TV when she asked if it was safe to eat raw egg, and then she instantly ate some.
This video deserves x100 times more views and likes, I mean the idea is great and the editing is just on point 😅
Not to mention the way you went through it all, Lydia - that's an Oscar level action 😃
I watched this a few times and watching it right now I notice things I haven't noticed before 😅
(guys, please give this comment a thumbs up)
😂😂😂 it could have been worse, at least you didn't need the fire extinguisher 🤣🤣🤣
cooking is somewhat difficult for many people (myself included), but I really advice you to (in case your choices didn't happen on purpose) read the instructions BEFORE starting to cook on stream O.o
as long as everybody involved is still alive and well, the kitchen is still usable and at least a small amount of food was eaten that day, you can call that video a success :D
this is the best cookery show I've see in years. All round Lydia's for dinner lol
Your cooking is scaring me 😂😂😂.
A few tips
Cook the ground beef on the stove before putting it into the sheppards pie. Add the fine chopped onions.. BOIL the potatoes in a pot with water for 15 minutes. Then you can peel them. Finely chop the carrots and add them to the beef mixture. Then layer it into the baking sheet. Put the mash on top and cover it with pastry.
NNNNOOOOOOO
Baked mince - can be good as it traps original flavour, but don't put carrots and onions in with it! Also you need a bit of salt, pepper, thyme, and maybe some cumin on the mince whilst it is baking. Still, the good old thing called a pan would be a better idea😅
Stock - I know your hob is not working but you still have a kettle!! That will be good enough for hot water, and leave it for a while and stir occasionally. What you did was just pour water all over your mince and veggies.
Mash - like before, use a kettle! To make mash you need to first boil the potatoes then mash them. You could boil them by putting them in boiled water and switch up whatever you want to boil it in with another one with boiling water in it. This should keep them warm enough to boil properly. Then take em out after around 30 minutes ( extra time due to you not boiling it properly.) Then season and mash. Then get something to put the mash and mince in and put the mince in first then the mash. Add cheese and bake until you see it start to bubble and the cheese is nice and golden.
Mirangues - First learn that they always need a while to set, not matter the recipe.
Remember to take stuff out of the oven!!!!!
I hope this helps you learn for the future!!
I love how you played the role you did. There is no way that a good ole Brit does not know what a real sheppard's pie looks like or tastes like. I love your silly inane actions in this one. Comedy gold
Love that lil dance u do it’s now iconic
Hahaha, you are a very good comedian! Your use of food props had me in stitches.
Thank you for sharing on the west side of the big pond. ❤😂😅😢
Absolutely brilliant stream video clip, I'm still in stitches but you have to do another cooking stream at some point Lydia! 😂😂😂 This is just awesome and a really great fun filled video clip 😂😂.......though having a fire extinguisher nearby is probably a good idea 😁.
Next time have everything set out in order steps then make video. It will make things streamlined and you won’t have to rush about and keeps the mind calmer. Reading entire recipe ahead of time is a good start. Keep practicing you’ll be a master of the kitchen in no time!
If Gordon Ramsay is watching her cooking now he will go crazier mad. 🤣🤣🤣 But her cooking was quite funny and being so cute.
Ramsey might fly down there and teach her just to make sure no one gets hurt
It''s pretty obvious this is a comedy bit. She is a very capable woman.
This lovely little buttercup is Lydia. Today she will teach you:
A. Cooking videos are harder than they look
B. How she keeps so skinny
C. She is not formally skilled in the Kitchen Arts
D. Shakespearian tragedies can be funny
I am sharing your "Masterclass".
No-fuss Shepard's pie, is like the culinary equivalent of nuclear physics for children. It can be done, but the no-fuss part is a lie
I for 1 think you're an impeccable cook. I just find it so unique. Love it :)
Sweetheart that was awesome ! Honestly a man would love you more cause you tried and that would mean more to him than if it was a perfect gourmet meal . If he was a good guy he would laugh some tease you a little but it would mean the world to him cause of the effort .
So this is what it looks like every time my neighbour cooks 😂
😂😂😂 This was brilliant. But you cannot be that bad at cooking. Bless you lydia
I almost died watching this and I don’t even cook🤣 you’ll get there one day
Don't give up. Bring a smile every time.😊
I believe this whole thing is made on purpose. Its her clear message " I don't want to be anyone's housewife" and its her right and prerogative.Think about it. She chooses a very clever and non harmful to others approach (as usual) to state her views on the subject. 🌹🌹🌹
SOOOO CUUUTEEE I CAN'T STAND IT!!!!!❤
Telling the water to stop (yeah that's gonna do it,,,)😂😂😂/ squeezing the lemons,,, 😂😂😂
The OT in me really wants to teach you how to cook because everyone needs to know how to not kill themselves in the kitchen.
smoke alarm goes off...dinners ready😆
-Sunflower oil has a higher smoking point than olive oil. (=you can heat it up higher before it starts giving off smoke. Olive oil is better to use for things that don't get too hot. -> There is a reason they try to keep the temp down when making oliv oil)
-500 ml is half a Liter, or as a wild guess: close to 1 and a half of the glass you showed. (Am guestimating here, as i suspect your size and thus the glass, that looks familiar to the ones we have and they are around 330ml)
-You won't get food poisoning from beef broth, because the word broth already should tell you that this has been cooked and then dried.
-potatoes usually get mashed after they have been boiled. (then theyare soft enough for that to work.)
Wait a minute, did you ask your chat for instructions or read the recipe? If the first one: This is one definition of the term "bad idea". If the later one, what about reading the recipe first before doing anything and maybe get try to figure out how things are done beforehand?
-so you are afraid of food poisoning form something that is cooked enough that it dried out, but you eat the raw egg without fear of salmonella...
-Important advice: if you handle meat and then vegetables or anything else, use a different cutting board, wash your hands, and use different utensils or wash them. (Mostly only needed with poultry, but it's not a bad idea to keep this habbit for any meat.)
Boy, this is really difficult to watch, there's an urge to help and explain, but it's like the time i saw someone had the tyre of his van burst on the highway before me. I saw the tyre deforming, but couldn't tell, because just honking would not told him what was wrong. So i was damned to just keep distance and wait...
You seem to have an extractor hood above your stove, if that's not a recircling one, but one connected to the outside, you can switch that thing on to get the smoke out...
Also, the opening of windows does usually help with air exchange.
Little relieve: you seem to be fine enough that you did edit and post the video, so well done: survived cooking attempt 🤕.
I do feel pity for you, as you seem to want to learn to cook, but haven't been taught much by anyone.
(And chat is clearly not the one to learn from...)
Ok, this cracked me up! Good stuff here.
Never ask her Hay Good Lookin', What you got Cookin?!!..Great video Miss Lydia!!👍❤️🫡💯
You're a spot on entertainer. This was gold.
Her cooking skills are magnificent; even the smoke alarm cheer.
Everything was going so well. Too bad the oven messed it up for you.
Gorgeous beautiful and make every stream memorable, thank you ,you are the best
😂😂😂😂 that was hilarious. S tier stream!
She is one of the people who carry Headphones in the kitchen 😂😂😂😂😂
There is going to be so much cleaning to do afterwards haha~ Love your videos as always Lydia!😁❄
This Cooking Stream Was cute (; made me laugh & smile it will be fun to cook with you
😂😂😂😂😂 The smoke is cheering her on
This was so fun to watch live, sooooo funny
It was perfect. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the movie. The perfect wife is here and make a beautiful mess. Good for you.
Dry your eyes, dear Liddy - with the right people around you, the day will come when you can finally show the glory of English cooking to the whole world! 😊 ✌🎉💛🎉💛
This was a good stream and vid 😂
Well yeah - you basically add 2 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of sugar and 4 pinch of cellery to the cooking water of 3 eggs!! - You also eat them after 9 minutes, with their shells on!!
Gordon Ramsay is turning over in his grave right now and he isn't even dead. 😂
I think the cooking stream had the expected outcome . There was cooking and lots of SMOKE.
If you love someone DO NOT run them off like this.
No way would anyone use sunflower oil in a pan with lamb mince, there’s plenty of fat in the lamb mince to cook it & definitely NEVER use olive oil in anything requiring cooking, it’s for cold dishes like salads, she also could have used beef mince for a cottage pie & how can anyone not know how to boil potatoes to make a mash? Seriously, come on flydia, no offence to flids. 😂
I'm glad she's still alive after that 🙏
hi kebab peepoblush
Ur editor is great hilarious!
your still great at cooking and great video Lydia
Only just watched this now and my god chaos ensued xD
I am still a proud Lydiot despite the fact that Lydia Violet cannot cook for one reason only, this is extremely entertaining to view.
I am still concerned about your and your neighbours health and lives.
Take care and either never cook alone for yourself or follow the recipe and step by step instructions on how to cook either while cooking or beforehand or both.
If you learn from your mistakes, that is when you make progress.
Rocket science is rocket science, cooking food is no where near as complex to learn.
It takes time and practice to learn basic cooking skills, be patient and let it take as much time it needs to cook your food on lower heat. It is not as entertaining, but you are able to enjoy eating your food experience and it is less of a mess to clean afterwards, so much less that you might not need to replace any kitchen utensils.
dont take this the wrong way, but whoever your editor is right now makes this comedy gold.
Imagine if Lydia was on Hells Kitchen 😂😂
I would love to be there to teach you how to cook Shepard's Pie!
Love your shorts and memes and I ❤ U and love your content 🥰😍😘.
Just make sure you marry a Michelin star chef and owner and you will be fine. Don’t quit your day job Lydia!
Those black stripes alone would make perfect top!!!!🎉🎉🎉
Lol,she is such a cute funny cook.😅😅😅
Live and learn girly. It happens to the best of us
i will never understand the "i suck at cooking and just order takeaway everyday" content, cooking and learning can be fun
People say she fakes her stupidity,
If that's right, then I gotta give her credit for being so into the bit she even risked burning the whole building
Thank you Lydia I enjoyed this very much this is the best cookery programme I've seen please can you do some more 🙏🏻🍳🔥🔥
I feel so bad for you, Lydia. That was a disaster from the start.
She will be missed
Omg this was hilarious 😂
every cooking stream is a disaster
She’s the type of cook that when the recipe say 1 cup she actually uses a cup… Nvrm she’s gonna use a bowl
😂😂😂 lmfao kills me
that was legendary.
Fire alarms are a good thing they let you know when theres a fire and when someone cant cook
i always love you lydia watching from philippines
She's trolling... Shes actually a great cook IRL
Who would have thought she almost burned down the entire building, again.
I don,t know what to say i am glad you are unharmed but this was so funny to watch i mean 😅😅😂
No-fuss Shepherd's Pie, extra fuss, hold the pie
To borrow from Game of Thrones, 'Chaos is a ladder.' Marco Pierre White watching you chop onions... Even he would cry. :)
You are a pro chef ultra max 😂
She probably planned it to go this way. There's just no way all of this was by accdent, like all of the falling things,... just no way.
Ok this is one of the best videos on the internet, please never cook for your future boyfriend, if you do at least make sure he is rich
LMFAO! I enjoy these videos
it’s how she gets you to BUY her dinner 🤔 😳 🥰
Not all women belong in the kitchen.
Haha she has the fire extinguisher ready for what is bound to happen 😆
And that, kids, is why you shouldn't go to the kitchen when you're home alone.
