Antelope = any of many animals similar to a deer or a gazelle. Cantaloupe = melon with a greenish-gray rind and an orange inside. Sometimes known as a "rockmelon" in Australia and New Zealand (and Britain?). Apparently there is a North American cantaloupe, which is as described; and a European cantaloupe, which has a greener rind, and does not resemble a rock.
@@velianlodestone1249 Firstly, Lydia's confused responnse got me confused. So if you were just extending her confused questions to "what is a melon" haha. If not: rock melon is called canteloupe (fruit) in lot of places, not just U.S. Even in different States or regions in a same country it changes. Does here. (I've no idea re why its "rock", or "canteloupe"). The day I ever see a canteloupe running, I've had way too much Midori liqueur 😛. Midori is made from honeydew melon. (Now I'm going to try to find out why a fruit and an animal got very similar written and sounding words)

"Traffic Light Tree" is a public sculpture in Blackwall, London, England, created by the French sculptor Pierre Vivant following a competition run by the Public Art Commissions Agency for the London Docklands Development Corporation under their Public Art programme. Originally situated on a roundabout in Canary Wharf, at the junction of Heron Quay, Marsh Wall and Westferry Road, it is now located on a different roundabout near Billingsgate Market. Eight metres tall and containing 75 sets of lights, each controlled by computer, the sculpture was described by Vivant thus: "The Sculpture imitates the natural landscape of the adjacent London Plane Trees, while the changing pattern of the lights reveals and reflects the never ending rhythm of the surrounding domestic, financial and commercial activities" -from Wikipedia
"Cum Laude" is a Latin phrase which means "with distinction (with reference to college degrees and diplomas)." It is pronounced "koom loud-ay" NOT "cum Lord." Koom Loud-ay. Apparently a clothing brand used that phrase for their name, assuming an air of grace and distinction. Oh, well.

@@beardedchefau Depends where in Australia mate. When will Aussies begin to realise there's isn't one only aussie accent. ("mate" in friendly tone, not mate!). Lydia, in OTHER vidoes, often does the elongated vowel sound when it's at end of a word. Not so much in this video, but in a lot says the "Nooooh" & also says the a (ah) sound at a lot of words; the wata, losa, etc. In this vid she definitely sounds Bri'ish, but in some of her youtube shorts, it's very hard to pick, & I'd swear she's been in Australia for some months, or has several aussie friends in London (or wherever in England she is). It's definitely not the modern f'd up (lol) Kiwi vowel swap accent. 😛 Everytime there's a comment about someone overseas sounding a bit aussie (a bit like, NOT "as"), Australians spend next 150 comments saying sounds nothing like. But are basing it only on where they live. Qld accent (outside Brissy) is nothing like an Adelaide accent. We could argue re whether it's about pronunciations or accents until Taswegians aren't forgotten about, but as many people say accent when they mean pronunciations we'll say accent. Although arguments by Australians about the aussie accent aren't as long as endless argument about item you order with your fish & chips -lol.😛 Of course many thinking it might be Aus or Kiwi aren't too familiar with the accents. Kiwi accent varies a lot too, as younger have the swapped vowel sounds pronunciations while older kiwis have English like pronunciation. As a lot of aussies once did too - BBC/ABC English. On the flip side, as I speak to many internationals including English, I don't shorten words, or drop syllables. (Aussies can't be arsed saying 3 syllable words lol). I've been asked twice by English people if I was English! Was before I had any beers/wines tho lol Many Qld pronunciations are different to Melburnians & Sydneyites. I can pick (everytime) someone who has lived in Qld, even people from other countries that have lived there for only a few years, as their (becoming) Australian pronunciations are different to Melb & Syd pronunciations. Not much, & many aussies don't notice it, but it is. Then of course there's the accent of Margot Robbie, Cate Blanchett (and other actors) & even many aussies originally thought they were Bri'ish, before they became very well known. Then there's Charlene in Neighbours accent, & while rare, Steve Irwin accent with similar still heard Far Q & NT, but quite as strong. A group I was with, happen to meet a guy from Darwin in a city bar (as sharing table) & his accent was so strong, i had to translate LOL, to other Australians some things he said. It's warm next 2 days where I am (after being cold). I'll make sure to get fresh air & sun, as clearly I need it; that's way too long a comment/rant 😛
