If really after muscle mass:
1) Pick a weight that you can rep 25 times. Doesn't matter if it feels light.
2) 5 Sets of 25 reps.
3) Do this 3 times a week with a day of rest and just stretching. You will have "t-rex arms" after your first or second session (muscles that are tight and hurts to stretch), take a break and let them rest until they stop hurting, after that you should "get t-rex arms" again.

Just found about this channel the other day. You are a marketing genius, Lydia. Extremely driven, and only 20? Also great mix of a character and your own personality meshed into one entity. Very smart girl and throughly impressed. You built a growing empire off your own ideas, interests, and implementation. Where were you when I was 20? 😅 (I’m 33 now, unfortunately).
Just know, life will have many challenges for you ahead. Haters and people criticizing your ways of making money (ignore them), heartbreaks, drama with friends and coworkers (your channel may become so big that you have an entire business), losing loved ones, etc. I wish you strength, love, and positivity. I don’t say that to anyone, I just watched you and was impressed by your drive, ambition, and intellect and felt like offering you some guidance and positive words.
I know you can’t like this comment because you’d be admitting you do play a bit of a character that is an exaggerated/over-the-top extension of your own personality. I would never have guessed you were purely British. The accent is definitely heavily tinged with Aussie. I do hope you go out more than you make out. I see a lot of young folk including my nephew staying in to stream. As you get older, some of your best memories and incidents that make you laugh are from going out with mates and having a great time to the wee hours. I still remember I did a solid 18 months of clubbing every Thurs/Fri/Sat and walking home at 5am. We'd walk past the shops getting their fresh baked good delivered and take something and leave money on the pallet. Good times. Have them now. There's plenty of time to sit in later in life.

I wouldn't worry about gaining muscle mass as you'll naturally fill out in the areas that seem "too skinny" .

As.a.weight lifter myself. i learned if you want to bulk up. with muscle. Use heavy weights. 3-5 reps, 3 sets.. the key is; if the 5th rep is not crazy hard its not heavy enough... and consume enough calories and protein to help build. But because not to hurt you back.

Wow! From the first short video I saw you’ve made me laugh. This video you made me think so much of my wife from some of the responses you gave. She passed away 1-12-20 and well I blamed myself for a long time. Chase your dream don’t ever let that go. If you are not ready to be married do what makes you happy. You will be in a much better place for yourself.
When I was a kid and my wife we met in summer camp. My friend introduced me to her on the phone and we talked for about a week before camp started so I basically fell in love with her voice. When we met I was in heaven. She was so beautiful. I was 14 and she was 13. We grew up together. She was the only one I took to the beach. Fast forward a little to high school and I went to one and she went to another. We stopped seeing each other but remained friends. When she was 17 she told me she was getting married and well I begged her not to. She did it anyway. I left for the Army a few years later. When I came home and said hey boy remember that girl you took to the beach? I only took one. I scrambled to get the phone book and called her parents and she had moved in them. Her husband left her because she had a brain tumor. By the time I called it had been about a month after her surgery and I just let it all come out. I told her I loved her and I’d always be there for her. She tested the water with me for a very long time and I was always there for her. Never missed a doctors appointment, or her mother passing away from bone cancer, her father from a heart attack. I held the bucket every time she got sick. When she was well she helped take care of my mother who had Parkinson’s disease. My mother passed away and my wife and I took turns driving my father a very long distance for the funeral. So a few years later I got a call from my wife and she was blunt and said she needed to go to the hospital. Most people can’t take it that way when being told that. I shut my job down and picked her up and took her. She had stage 4 kidney cancer. Basically 2 and a half months I watched her die a painful death.
One day when YOU are ready you will find the right person for you. Keep your dream and do the things you love to do. For me it’s your voice. I like it because for me it’s an accent. It’s totally normal for you but for me it’s unique. You remind me in a lot of ways of my wife. Funny oh God you nail it. Don’t think for one minute that some of the things I saw you respond to didn’t actually hurt your feelings. Hold your head up and and believe in yourself. Never doubt who you are. You have a beautiful soft voice. You are a gamer! Hey Girl Hey!!! My wife was too and she got me to play other types of games. Not just the ones I like.
