Thank you for a simple recipe! I've watched several different ones and it's like the cooks are competing to see who can make it more complicated and time consuming.
You gave succinct instructions and covered all the little and big things necessary to make Arancini balls. I especially liked that you went through the entire process making only one ball and not a dozen. Well done !
Authentic Italian English!
I made them last Saturday following Pasquale’s recipe and they were dee-licious!!
Because you don't know any better
It's a shame that more people don't know how to make these, one of the most amazing Italian foods ever created
I’m making these now. Looks so easy and delicious.
Ooo! I have got to finally try the famous italian arancini. Thank You! I love Your channel so much! ❤️
Hello Pasquale
Thank you for sharing your video - you just took my back to the days when my Great Grand Mother and Great Great Mother when they made these Arancini "s ( rice balls ) as fast as they made them they all were gone - they came to the USA from Pallermo Italy at the turn of the century 1900's - always enjoy watching all your video's -
Andy Misito ( aka Pete Moss )
Pete Moss, Hey! That's when and where my Grandparents came from! That would be so cool if they knew each other :)
In Palermo it's called arancine

I was eating one (store bought, Italian deli) while watching how to cook myself. Lol. I'm going to try maybe next week. Already made dough for panzerotti, and pizzas for bunch of people coming over. Salute!!
I was looking for this and I am so happy I got it!
Always love your videos. Please continue sharing your wonderful cooking with us.
Wow, I was looking for this and asked about this recipe yesterday!
My family shreds the mozzarella in the rice so there is cheese throughout the Arancini not just in the middle. Either way it is delicious!
Ohh yes how my Italians nghbrs make delish arancini 😋

I think it's so funny that I happened across your channel today.... I am actually making Arancini for dinner tonight!! It's actually a frequently requested dish by my kids!! I make mine exactly like you do! I will sometimes make them smaller for appetizers and put pepperoni/salami/Sopressata/sausage and mozzarella with pizza dipping sauce, or basil, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella with a drizzle of a balsamic glaze. I am really going to enjoy watching your videos!!! I definitely subbed to your channel....😁
Looks really good ! 👍😊

I love it! It looks like my head over here!
I always look forward to these videos
Hi Pasquale! Nice to see you popping back up in my recommended videos to watch. I have one question, Is that regular white rice or the sticky kind like used for Sushi? I love Arancini but thought it would be harder to make and I did not know everything was cooked first either. Thank you very much for this video.
John Di Francisco you might need Risotto rice like arborio or carnaroli which is a round shape rice that contains lots of starch and has a nice sticky consistency.
Pasquale tu sei numero uno
Looks good! I’ve never see these with meat in them.
I miss this grandpa. Looking good! :)

Nice surprise to see you posted a new video. You sound just like my dad who was from Ruvo di Puglia. Keep 'em coming.
👌
Don Pasquale grazie mille
Love that accent
I am making these again for Sunday dinner, my family’s favorite dish. My Nona made them when I was a child. I am so happy I can share my childhood with my children!
Hello! Is the rice cooked any special way? Or is it just plain Italian rice
What kind of oil does he use ?
❤
Wysmienite😊
as someone who may not enjoy ground beef, is there anything else i can fill it with to keep the recipe the same, or is it only a real aranchini if it is made just like this?
Notmy Reelname- he used pork in this video, not beef. You gotta listen uh?!
Bonno👍

OMG that was the best snack in the Rosmont neighborhood of Chicago!
Beautiful looking but lots of work. I prefer to buy them at the Feast of San Gennaro in Little Italy!
Now we got to play with my hands.
That’s just like my moms. She made them on the holidays. I’m going to mall them. Thank you
Recipe
I made these today and right away knew something was missing after eating them. Having never made rice balls before I came back to the video and clicked the link in the description that says to cook the rice in chicken broth.
