Having the loop key angled upwards a bit instead would allow you to run a bungee cord to your waist, that way if you have a runaway scooter event it acts as a kill switch, like on jet ski.
I remember seeing one guy make a custom key block using a cuttingboard and a few EC90 pins for his diy 100v ebike years back.

Nice idea. One alternative to those electronic switches that came across my mind, would be to use a 200 amp automotive contactor, and use a small DC/DC converter to drive it at 12 volts. Could be cheaper than those products, but a bit more diy, and would allow for some of the Laotie accessories like the alarm switch, to be used the same way. And also maybe a bit more reassuring than MOSFETs that could blow or fail as closed circuit.
What bullet connector are you using?
Also are you charging the battery with only with one charger now?
Are all negative wires soldered ad the same spot or are you using bullet connector too?

Where do I get the loop key
Good evening, I have my Laotie Ti30 with 2 months and 700km. yesterday I disconnect to connect one connector i was thjionking was correct but when i connect the battery with controllers with xt60... puuuuuuusssshhhhh like a Whistle and i disconnect dirrectly and the xt60 was melty.... maybe i burn the controller? or its just the xt60 with bad quality ?

I would like to buy the anti sparks device that you have done (Not just the print part and screw). Is it possible ?
I've ordered the same controllers after watching your last video. I was researching into how to switch them off and looked into lots of anti-spark switches and read about lots of failures with them. I came across the loop key and I decided this was the way I want to go. Your video gives me confidence this is the right choice. My other concern was how to set up braking, I have hydraulic disc brakes and want to cut the motor while braking, I see there is a kill switch function, I can activate using the brake lever sensors by setting ppm to low. How are you setting your braking and will you use regen, if so how much will you set it to? Great video as always, can't wait to see more of this setup.

How do you use the 5v throttle did u added an adc board to lower voltage or some resistor or just connected to the 3.3v as shematic say (dangerous way when using 5v throttle) also bt module wich one it is ?

DIY :) ,use my idea so 2 connectors but only one plug so you will never by mistake use 2 plugs to connect 2 batteries at the same time. Otherwise U need 2 x electronic switch so 2x 100$
the name of the switch you are looking for is dpdt (double pole, for 2 independent connectors + and -, double throw, for one common and 2 states on the switch, spdt could also be used with an always connected common ground), but for that many amps it can get somewhat expensive, like around 50 bucks
though you may want to actually drain them in parallel if they are the same, since you'll be running at a lower current you'll get a bit more distance out of it.
otherwise using an xt90 or whatever connector is fine, they have around 1k plug/unplug cycles rating, and cost like 5 bucks.
