if this thing flys as good as it looks it might just be my first race quad moving up from a 350qx3 but i also fly 360cfx trio i should be able to fly this thing pretty well right? also i have flown a fair amount of FPV.

Also, your 1st drone - was that an old HK 250?
I am not a drone fan per say but I like learning about the advances in the technology. This is the only "drone" channel im subed to and enjoy. Like I said im not a drone fan nor own one but enjoy his videos. Keep it up!

Hey Stew. I just watched this video and it looks like a hot little setup. As soon as I say the pic of the frame I immediately saw the same design that the Eachine EX110 used with a low profile on a carbonfiber X frame. I might have to put this on my wish list! Price is great....but my first love is still my Wizard X220....and the gold tune package from Grayson Hobby....They have it down to a science! Thanks for all your reviews....
I gave done a small research about this kwaad and I didn't find any replacements not for motors or esc but for the frame. I asked GB and they told me that they not planning to sell em. I hope this sticks of arms to hold and train a beginner pilot. (Sorry for me bad English)

Hey UAVfutures, will the BNF FrSky version of the BFight 210 bind to a Futaba T8J with S‐FHSS?
stew, because of your $99 drone build video i was able to get into fpv flying. it was admittedly difficult at first (fried omnibus f4 pro v3 , got another one, almost had to get another after that due to ibus support. and tore a battery open due to wrong board orientation) but iam the first fpv flyer i have seen in real life! (Peth, AUS is a deadzone) and thanks to you i was able to build this instead of saving up for 1-2 more years to get a pre built, fatsharks and a taranis. but because i built my own i now know the ins and outs of my quad, got a lot of electronics experience and iam getting 90%+ on 2 assignments in electronics and technical graphics (hydro-paint dipped the frame!). i personally just wanna thank you so much for helping me get into this hobby for $350 less than originally thought. overall i would say 10/10 hobby, 10/10 range and that you are the #1 when it comes to fpv flying!.
there is one problem.

UAVfutures Rip 2nd omnibus :(. Was told to wire it to vcc on the pdb but it fried it. It did say it was able to handle it so iam getting a refund so all is good. Juts more waiting :D

Stu- beginner/intermediate.....furibee fuuton 200 or bfight 210? I Fly primarily by myself- and no organized racing..... if these are things you'd factor in at all... perhaps with VTX Maybe? Fairly mechanically skilled and basic soldering skills. so.... which way do I go? Both models really seem to jump out at me and I'm having a bit of trouble deciding. If there is no clear-cut better decision then what would you say are some of the major pros and cons that contrast the two? Thanks a ton keep up the good work mate

I bought the bfight largely based on your reviews. Looks super cool and would love to get out and fly it. Sadly it wont bind with my Taranis qx7. I have done research on it and people have been talking about a white wire. I have taken mine apart and I dont have one...(unless I'm looking at the wrong wire). Any suggestions on how to bind this quad to the taranis x7?

Do the motors have the ratcheting feel of good magnets?
Did you try flexing the arms to see if the frame flexes like some clone frames or does it seem to be real carbon?
Also some racing organizations won't allow dipole for VTX and require L or R polarization to keep things tidy.

and that is a good point about the antenna and organisations. Sounds pretty strict. but I guess if you have 8 plus pilots maybe its needed
What is the name of the connector for the antenna? It is detachable so was hoping to buy a different replacement antenna. Thanks in advance.
I purchased after I saw the review by AndyRC and Drone Campus RC. Until Stew does a flight test you can see a flight test there. Stew I'm looking forward to your flight review and opinion. I've already found the replacement motors I will use when I get good enough to handle them. Brother Hobby Returner R3 2207 2550kv. Great review as always.
PLEASE HELP! I'm trying to do a firmware update on my BFight but every time I hit the boot button its just buzzing and not letting me flash the firmware. any help would be great
Assuming I have nothing (no transmitter, no goggles, no battery). What version of this quad would you recommend, also what other equipment would be ok (transmitter, goggles, batteries), assuming that in the future I would like to have more drones.

The FlySky ones should work because they both use iBus protocol. I think the Evolution just uses AFHDS.

Looks like the Turnigy Evolution supports AFHDS 2A. You can get that version.

Edit: That is only for the FrSky version I was wondering if I get the iRangeX IRX4 for the FrSky qx7, which BNF version should I get? I just don't want to wait a month and a half to get it.
I bought one after a lot of thought and your review, sweet! But the arms are hard to keep tight over time... I rigged up a bit of tape and tie straps😂 it is working very well though... cheers

Where abouts are your meets stew? I see guys meet here at North Ryde common every Sunday, and it looks so much fun.. looking forward to joining the action but I'm just at the research stage at the moment.
Only a handful of outings with my Bfight, having an issue with the camera, OSD works, confirmed power to camera, black video screen.
Cap off camera, it worked for a second and then blacked out.
What worries me is that last week, on my X215, my video blacked inflight with OSD still visible, same exact problem however my x215 is lost somewhere, will likely never recover it.
I have a replacement camera arriving tomorrow, hope it's just a bad camera, have a replacement x215 but am worried about the same problem happening again.

I need help! I got my bfight 210 today and I think the flight controller may have went out. I configured everything on betaflight and hooked up a battery and everything seemed to be working fine. Then I was trying to bind the receiver by pushing the bind button with one hand while plugging in the battery with the other. The battery made a couple quick contacts before I got it plugged in. Then I noticed that I only heard the first 3 beeps and not the following 2. Then I realized that only the receiver and vtx seemed to be powered up. Now I can't connect to betaflight at all. Any ideas? Flight controller history? :/
I'm having issues with mine. I plugged it into betaflight and set a few switches up. went for a flight and it was working fine. I got home to change a few switches and now I cant do anything with it. iv google everything and youtubed everything but what ever I do it will not load firmwear.
Waiting for you and Trev to fly this thing before I pull the trigger. I fly mostly micros since my space is small but I'd like to have a decent 5" for those rare times I can get out to a big field. Hard to justify big $$ for something I won't use much so this may be perfect. Give it hell and let us know if it's worth it!!! Thanks bro

Btw TBS Smart Audio is actually an open standard. I do not think they have done anything wrong implementing smart audio. I actually am very happy there are other options than the unify :).

I got a b fight 210 and a Taranis Q X7 after looking at your review, got the drone and the radio, some batteries, but I do not seem to be able to bind them.
I did the binding as explained get the constant green light on the drone, but nothing happens when i moved the sticks.
Is there any forum for the b fight, could you post or send me how you got them workgin together HELPPPPP

Don't know if you noticed this while editing. But your vocals kept moving left/center channel dominance slightly. Not sure if you're using some sort of stereo recording device or if that's on the camera or if it's something going on with the microphone as you're probably moving your head around while recording. But wearing headphones it's noticeable. Might just want to take your audio and make turn it to mono sound for vocals? Unless this is some odd hardware bug I'm getting, but I don't notice this on other videos.

This one would not be suited for freestyle, however If you want to go in racing aspect of drones, this would be great!!

Peyton. Bat count is totally up to your situation.
Start with the taranis qx7. And the upgraded $99 build. Get an extra motor and esc when you buy parts. You'll be flying for a while.
Hellz yea other than no batt strap placement? Wtf? They made SUCH AN AMAZING QUAD N forgot it needs a batt...?????? Or was it designed to go all the way around? Looks like that will either damage your esc connections or protect them? Cant say untill i get my hands on one. BUT HELLA exited about this and will prob be my next quad purchase... I also think u guys are over critical of 2300 kv.. some of your favourite vids of ALL TIME were done with old 2300s and even 2204 so at 2205 thats more than enough power for this lil quad and I bet my bottom dollar it's a shredder.. and would not hurt to throw some other Motors on there but that seems like a very good number as far as the weights considered if those are decent Motors... looking forward to trying this guy someday soon hopefully. the only thing is with cheaper motors I find the performance of a cheap 2600kv is a more like a quality 2300kv motor. So by upgrading to a higher kv on a cheaper motor we get a bit better performance.
i would use this drone for base, get rid of the 4in1 esc and put 4 50a esc and my 1800kv motor, and my 6s 1100 100c lipo, this wouldbe a beast
I'll be honest. For $150, DSMX2 option. Come out with the performance video and I would buy this over building one.
