内部のエラーログとって、的確な修理をするのは良いですね。
はんだクラックで故障というと、セガのHIKARU基盤を思い出します。高パフォーマンスを実現させるために、ノウハウの多い汎用部品を使わなかったのが、かえって裏目に出てしまったようですね。XBOX360ほどではないですが、故障の多いハードでしたね。
RxDとTxDはシリアル通信なので、通常クロスして接続します。
この動画を参考にして手持ちのPS3を修理しています。

おかげさまでPS3が起動しました。が、PS2のゲームは動作するもののPS3のゲームや映像のDVDやブルーレイは読み込みが途中で止まり動かず。たぶんドライブの故障と思います。
YLODこんなに闇が深いなら手を出しても普通直らないね。
