    Pont du Gard is amazing. It poured hard when we went. Here in Spain they made a 4 part program of all the roman things in France and Spain. They showed tracking the water from the aquduct into Nimes and how it was distributed to homes. The Romans were so very very clever. Must say all your men looked very smart after their haircuts. Fantastic place. And the famous bridge of course and the song. Take care.

      Thanks Robert! I mentioned to Daz about the song, so famous! And we didn't mention it! The programme sounds just like my thing - they really were so ahead of their time. Take care in Spain! 💖🙏🏼

    Wallets always hide and they take forever to find and give you a fright before you find them. Good vid as usual. I used to hate large empty carparks to stop overnight on.

      Haha, it's horrible when you can't find them. It was a very eerie carpark but felt very different when it was sunny and bright the next day. Thanks for watching ❤️🙏🏼

      This is the giant car park that Parc Spirou has. There are no restrictions about parking overnight, there was a fee to pay in the morning to stay the day, and sadly I can't remember what it was, but it wasn't much.

    Why does Sami have so many collars?

    • @EscapeintheMotorhome
      @EscapeintheMotorhome  Před 6 měsíci

      Ah he had the second collar in the summer as it was a powerful flea, tic and sandfly deterrent. He often got tics in the UK in the summer months but with this extra collar on in France he didn't get one! So it hopefully did the job. He's just wearing the one now. Thanks for asking!
