okay, but rotating doen't work with it cause splines can't be rotated in blender. Any fix ?

How do you stop the belt from stretching? It looks like the belts length can get longer than the actual mesh...
Also, is it possible to rotate the bone?

I have a wallet Model in Blender but it's topology is non uniform. can I do folding animation with this method of that wallet? Please Reply. I'm Waiting.
You if topology is no good then the deformation will not be smooth

The more I watch this tutorial the less sense it makes. I am not sure why you made the bendy bones then followed on with a lot of complicated bone creation and manipulation.
Bendy boned create nice curvature/bend between bones
Why dont you just use curve modifier?
