It is a good one of a kind guide for working out how to make women lust after you minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my good mate called Gray after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.
It's funny how women get upset by someone saying they have an higher incidence of neuroticism, but have no problem joking about their own mood swings.
Ray Maritz I know right! I tried explaining the big 5 personality traits to my mother and when I mentioned neuroticism as a trait (not even suggesting where she might be on the scale) she flipped out and exclaimed "I'm not neurotic!"

He's basically saying that the level of the trait neurotosism is a big predictor of income.
(People with less neurotisism tend to earn more) and that on average women are more neurotic then men and this explains part of the wage gap.
