Let me help you out with some terms that may clear up some things this person changed there gender which mean they are now socially presided as a man and if he dates another man it would be a gay relationship. Just like trans people who date there biological same sex would be considered straight ex....(trans man that used to be a women who dates a women is considered straight) it’s kinda complicated if you can’t grasp the idea that s gender and sexuality are separate. Soooo even tho this person is a biological female they are now a man and there sexuality is gay. Just like a cis-gendered man (born male stays a man) can be a Variety of different sexuality’s like bi,gay,straight, it just so happens that this trans man that is pregnant is in a gay relationship.
