    Our breath has such a big impact on how we feel and we can use the breath to easily regulate our nervous system and through that come back to the peaceful state within.
    The 4-7-8 breathing engages the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for "rest & digest response" and it really helps to release stress and anxiety and become more calm and aware.
