Plagiarism is blatantly stealing a song without giving credit. Brad is playing a cover. It's what 99.99999% of artists do. You have to have been living under a damn rock to not understand what a cover is. On top of that, this song was already rerecorded several dozen times by multiple artists. I'd put money on it that 20% of the biggest hits over the last 30 years were covers. Use your brain.
