The beautiful voice of The King of Music!! Natural talent! Elvis the quadruple threat!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤!
Elvis has never studied music. If you notice, he could play the piano but he didn't read the notes on a musical sheet. He used his memory and ear for everything 😊
Yes I noticed that I pay attention to everything Elvis did when I watched him I still do even though he's gone it's weird to say that even after all these years it doesn't seem right
Love this song RIP Elvis
Another gem from his 1960 gospel album
-“Known Oniy to Him”
One of my favourite gospel songs of his.
Also, “In The Garden”
And “Crying in the Chapel”
His voice in many of these is velvety!
The best song for me. Crying Beautiful ❤❤
LOVE THIS SONG BY MY FAVORITE❤ ELVIS PRESLEY ❤ THANK YOU!
Elvis can still make us happy or sad with his singing voice.❤ thank you!
Just love this song - he sings it with so much passion how can you not love it and him. Thanks so much for sharing 🎵💙🎶
So many of these "hidden gems" were just filler songs for an album. Did not get wide play, but were incredible none the less. "Where did they go, Lord?" is another incredible unknown gem.
My unique take:
Elvis could make any subject sexy, he did it singing about "crawdads" now he does it singing about a fly caught in a spider's web!
Yes, his voice was SO GOOD and by this time exquisitely used to convey feeling, flowing freely from the depths of his soul. imho
That voice...
According to Steve Binder in his book '68 Comeback Elvis loved to play classical music on the piano. Elvis said his favorite piece was Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata." Wow! Imagine if they would have caught that on film. He truly was a genius in music. R.I.P Elvis you are still so missed. ❤❤❤❤ Thank you for your time taken on this video. Enjoyed it all tge way though.
Love Elvis at the piano❤
I love this and your comments are spot on as usual. Thank you!!❤❤❤
Thank you!🙏
Elvis knew how to weave his web around our hearts where he stays decades later. The 👑
Just watching him at the piano is absolutely a joy...if for only a few moments ...you said it all. Thank you for your thoughtful reaction to another beautiful song. ❤
Beautiful🎼🎵🎶🎙❤️thank you for your reaction Nick😊
Beautiful… ❤️ I love that so many people are finding and loving Elvis. I love your Elvis Sundays! 🥰
Thank you so much!
There are some songs where he does that "up-down" thing w-a word more so than in other songs & it's so noticeable here, such as @ 3:14-3:15 mark w-the word "love." Your mention of "slow build" is where you hear that up-down a lot in "Tomorrow Never Comes." I think it was unique to him, totally natural, & just another facet that made his voice so different & extra special. I probably wore out this song & the little studio piece, having watched 1,000 times -- just can't get enough. Thanks again, & another good week to you.
Beautiful song sung so beautifully by Elvis as only he can ♥...Another wonderful reaction by you as usual ☺
Happy Sunday Nick! So enjoyed watching these clips along with you. As I understand it, the latter reflected a moment in time when the rehearsal session was all but over. You see musicians closing up for the day and Elvis remains to take possession of the piano that had been previously occupied by most likely, Glen Harding. In this moment he is free to explore that which is stuck in his head while only slightly aware of the camera still rolling. What he is not aware of, I’m certain, that his bass player, Jerry Scheff, also remains. His face is so lovely here as he smiles with appreciation while his boss/friend becomes lost in the song. His expression well reflects what I feel. Of course, when the song ends Elvis must justify his lapse of consciousness to the camera by throwing in a bit of comedy as if to say “I was only kidding”. I think not.
Thank you Nick for this one and for keeping the same expression of love on your face as did Mr. Scheff.❤️
Ha, Yes! How amazing it must have been to have been in that room? It’s no wonder that all we can all do is look on in awe.
Wonderful video and a wonderful song. I love Elvis on the piano.
Love this song Elvis sure has woven his web around my heart ,and soul
I absolutely Love this song 🎵 ❤ When I first heard it, I put it on repeat and played it Over and Over again. One of my Favorites, definitely a hidden 💎 Gem. Thank you for playing it ! ❤
Thank you for that. Keep it up with Elvis Sunday ❤
Thank you, I’ll try my best!
That is one of my favorite love songs I love the way he said woven
I love how you show and react to everything!!!! So dedicated and it's so much appreciated!!! TCB ⚡👑
Love his sense of humor and I love this song 😍 he looked so gorgeous and his voice is always sexy!!!!
Love this song, love this period of Elvis. He was brilliant through all the years but my favorite period is 67-73. Elvis is forever!❤❤❤
Always enjoy watching clips of Elvis on the piano or with his guitar. People who were close to Elvis have said that he played the piano at home all of the time; a shame he didn't do more of it in concert. Thanks for another wonderful reaction.
One of my favorite ballads & I just love the lyrics. Elvis had such amazing vocal artistry & as you said Nick, his vibrato is beautiful. Thank you for another lovely "Elvis Sunday" 😊
Thank you for doing these reactions!
Yes. There are so many hidden Elvis gems! That's why i can't even name one or two or five favourite songs. There are many more on my list of favourites. And he is weaving his magic each and every time i'm listening to him.
Please react to the bitter they are they are the harder they fall. Great song never played
What a truly beautiful song. I had never heard this one before. Thanks for doing one of these each week, I very much look forward to what you will come up with. Your reactions are so genuine and thoughtful. Thank you!
Thank you, great reaction as always ❤ this is one of my favorites
Great reaction. This song is beautiful, always gives me chills and goosebumps. Unfortunately he never sang this live, imagine him playing the piano and singing it live, that would have been a showstopper. Can you do a reaction to Elvis singing Surrender (studio version only) released in 1961?
I’ll look it up, thanks
This 13:16 was the first time I saw Elvis play the piano. Sounded pretty good.and never to be taken seriously falls off the stool. Very funny Elvis. Even rehearsing he sounded beautiful. Have a good Sunday. Till next week.
Have a blessed week Nick you and your family and God bless and I love every Elvis song

Hello from Australia, love your work/ passion, yes ELVIS the vocal MAGICIAN, if you can review, BOSOM OF ABRAHAM, I JOHN, ONLY BELIEVE, SHAKE A HAND, I CAN HELP, T. R. O. U. B. L. E. Hi and thanks for this video. I've always loved this song ❤😊 Happy Sunday
Same to you!
Love this song, one of my favorites.
Thanks again for Elvis Sunday. This always makes my day. 😊
I love watching him live andbin rehearsals. I could watch him for hours. He still commands an audience
So many hidden gems ❤ Like you I love the rehearsal footage and I'm so glad the cameras were there. Such a pity they weren't for the very first Vegas performance in 1969 and Madison Square Garden in 1972.
I can't imagine why ''69 was never professionally filmed. But at Elvis' MSG 1972 press conference he was asked why they were able to film his Boston concert but MSG security told them they couldn't film the MSG concert, at which point he turned to Parker for an explanation. Basing it on the on-screen words in French, I translated it, but can only guess what he meant -- translation was "Because if they found out we were here, the information would spread like wildfire." Elvis shrugged & laughed as if he wasn't sure what Parker meant. It may mean that all hell would break loose if NY found out that Elvis was in town.
ST NICK- Try ''SOLITARE and or ''AN EVENING PRAYER'' both are fantastic! Stay well...
Hey Nick, another excellent reaction to another gorgeous Elvis song! So glad you went back and found the short rehearsal video, as I felt the fan edit stole the joy of the actual rehearsal video! Enjoy what’s left of your weekend - if it’s anything like the weather we have here in Ireland today, then you’ll have a lovely afternoon for doing stuff outside (should you be so inclined)! 😊
Thank you! 🙏 Go outside you say?? Hmm, I may give that a try! 😂😂
great reaction once again mate...
