Does anyone know if the 55, 55, and 34 are intentionally from the Fibonacci sequence? I'm sure it was known way before Italy's time. And 51 and 34 are divisible by 17 w more numbers in the sequence.
Btw, it is ironic that Patanjali categorized these core ideas, when the point is to dissolve these categories in the mind.

● सभी प्रकार के साध्य - असाध्य रोगों से पूर्ण मुक्ति सम्भव।

● विद्यार्थियों की स्मरणशक्ति व एकाग्रता में अभूतपूर्व वृद्धि।
● आध्यात्मिकता के पूर्ण ज्ञान के साथ भूत , वर्तमान एवं भविष्य की घटनाओं को ध्यान के दौरान प्रत्यक्ष देखना और सुनना।
● गृहस्थ जीवन में रहते हुए 'भोग' व 'मोक्ष' दोनों तत्त्वों की सहज प्राप्ति।
● ईश्वर की प्रत्यक्षानुभूति व साक्षात्कार।
● संपूर्ण मानव जाति का दिव्य रूपांतरण।

■ ध्यान की विधि -
● आरामदायक स्थिति में बैठकर 2 मिनिट के लिए खुली आँखों से गुरूदेव श्री रामलाल जी सियाग के चित्र को एकाग्रता से देखें व ध्यान स्थिर करने हेतु गुरुदेव से करुण प्रार्थना करें।
● अब आँखें बंद करके दोनों भौहों के बीच आज्ञाचक्र पर ( जहाँ तिलक या बिंदी लगाते हैं ) गुरुदेव के चित्र को याद करके मन ही मन ( बिना होंठ - जीभ हिलाए ) 'संजीवनी मंत्र' का 15 मिनिट तक निरन्तर मानसिक जाप करते रहे , इस दौरान अपनी आँखें बंद रखें।
● ध्यान के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की यौगिक क्रिया ( आसन , बंध , मुद्रा व प्राणायाम आदि ) अथवा विशेष अनुभूति होने पर उन्हें रोकने का प्रयास न करें व उन्हें सहज में होने दें।
● ये यौगिक क्रियाएँ तन - मन व आत्मा की शुद्धि के लिए मातृशक्ति कुण्डलिनी स्वयं अपने नियंत्रण में करवाती है।
● रोजाना सुबह - शाम 15 मिनिट खाली पेट ध्यान करें।
● 'संजीवनी मंत्र' का मन ही मन यथासंभव दिनभर जाप करते रहें। अपने कष्टों से मुक्ति एवं आध्यात्मिक प्रगति के लिए पूज्य सद्गुरूदेव श्री रामलाल जी सियाग से अंतर्मन प्रार्थना आवश्य करें।
