The master should have that balcony and not that secondary room in my opinion. And the house would’ve been absolutely perfect with the master on the first level! And a few tweaks to the house here and there! But i would buy it in a jiff if i had the money😹

@Kirk Kristopher Depends on what you may term as "average" but there are many Jamaicans (non-white jamaicans or uptown) living in plain sight can indeed afford it but many still believe in building their dream homes or mansions not apartments...Some do buy these apartments that always sell out for Air bnb etc..

I agree I do a lot of property viewing and this is by the best I have ever seen in Jamaica.
The living space and kitchen would need to be completely redesigned for me. But the bedrooms are very well done!!!! Not the boxy crap that I see in other places. The finish is also very well done. I saw another development a few weeks ago and the tiling looked like the person who did it was blind. Just disgraceful. But this is very well done and very well thought out.

Kmt should no one have luxury?? What about business people, doctors, athletes, entertainers etc not everyone is making money through crime.

A little bit late to this video, but this house is actually luxurious. That words has been thrown around a lot and many of the properties described as such are a big let down. Love modern architecture and it's all about building and designing to allowing as much natural light as possible. High ceilings are a must for any home I plant o buy in the future. If it's this beautiful imagine what it would look like had they showed it furnished to give potential buyers an idea? Love it!

This is lovely..outstanding property to say the very least.
It is worth the price for the size 4400sqft with all those finishing including a pool. It will be hard for most people to afford I get that. But the reality is we have to cater for everyone. Some want luxury and this is it.
Beautiful colors and then you can furnitured it the way you want to. The panel wood floors beautiful. I love the stone colors and real Palm trees.

For $850K US the road to the property is lacking curb appeal. That would be priced in the property making the price as it stands now as inflated. I’m not impressed with the sides of the home. It’s lacking. This home should be staged. My interest fell of a cliff with the clutter. Poor marketing, unprofessional at best. Much to be improved here. First impressions are everything.

Real estate prices are too ridiculous in Jamaica. Not only is it way out of the league of the salary of majority of persons. Also, the roads leading to and surrounding communities arent even first world standard....This place isnt worth almost 1m usd they are asking for.
So beautiful; choice of nice and simple, most loved colors in the world white & black; and different shades of grey's makes the inside of housing 👀 look sooo nice and or rich looking beautiful to enjoy to choose to live in happiness and or for peace and or privacy that persons require to have respectfully. ↗👀 Looking sooo right and sooo nice and sooo sweet throughout the attached housing 🎥 show in Kingston Jamaica .😚 Although it's beautiful show throughout the house 🎥 showing, the outside balconies connection to the home and the stunning floating stair case seemed to catch my attention more to love the look of the making of as top favorites of mine about the home is really so awesome. 👌

Let us be realistic... most jamaicans will never earn $20 million in 6-7 years. Let alone 123 mil. Nht gives 6.5 million. So how is this a jamaican reality.
Looking at the Finishing it is average, layout ok, kitchen materials are cheap and its definitely not a house for children.
It's probably for expats. And maybe embassies will purchase to use for their staff residences
The quality of of the fitting looks more 450-550k than 850. The profit for this is probably massive. The house has a modern design but those fixtures look low end. I'd need a list of all the brands of the products used.

This place have a buzz ,love everything about it except for the stairs ...climbing gets difficult as I'm getting older...very spacious and good for entertaining guests...would build something like this that's one level and a bit smaller ...and more out door living space...overall it's a beautiful place.

Woooooow! This space is absolutely beautiful! And ginormous! Look at that rooftop. Oh the possibilities. Given the price point though, it's either for uber rich expats, or equally rich returning residents (who have no need for NHT contributions lol). Daydreaming here, but if I were the multimillionaire buying this, the only "faults" I find are the washroom that gives unto the lap pool - with that lower level view that space could've been some sort of indoor-outdoor living/dining - and the disposition of the first floor as well as the master. But everything else, braavooo!
