Not because the fixtures are modern doesn't mean it luxurious or as you property viewers puts it, majestic. This is a decent unit. A normal house that should be the standard for everyone. Everyone deserves a decent standard of living. Don't call a decent, modern but normal property luxurious and then give an outrageous price. This is NOT worth $850,000 usd. Ridiculous.

If I could afford it, I would definitely buy this one. No complaints about yard space, most people in these neighborhoods don't spend much time in a yard unless they are sitting on their porch or having an occasional event. You can do many things to make this a warmer home on the inside and The structure is great for hurricanes. My only addition would be a good security system. Apart from the crime, Jamaica is still a beautiful Jewel in the Caribbean Sea.

The spaces are absolutely stunning but for me I’d rather a little less house space and more outdoor ground space. The rooftop is awesome but not for me being afraid of heights 🤧. Overall I LOVE IT 🥰

Very nice! I love the modern feel, the natural lights, high ceiling, etc. For that neighborhood the price is what I expect. My only negative is that I wished it had more yard space.

I love the roof top space that makes up for the lack of yard space. I seen a lot of expensive properties being showcased on YT for Kingston that I thought were overpriced. I think this one is worth it. In some ways maybe a bargain.

This is a beautiful house and nice presentation too. In SoCal, this is easily 1.6 million USD. Jamaica needs more options for long-term corporate housing, this would be a lovely home to rent out to a corporation that needs to relocate executives for 1-3 years. Glad Jamaica is joining the rest of the Caribbean in modern housing offerings.

I love the primary bathroom with the soaking tub!
Lovely contemporary property appropriately located. The helpers quarters are very plush and the fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms were complimentary to the aesthetics of the property. However I found the walking closets to restrictive and claustrophobic. Appreciate the interiors doors for the closets and on suites assent the modern contemporary flow of the house. But felt they had more of a industrial appearance than residential. Loved the windows and sliding doors. The roof top aspect definitely creates a scope of different entertainment opportunities. Overall a pleasant viewing experience.

Beautiful property. I would want to feel like I'm in Jamaica though. I couldn't live in Jamaica without ample greenery around my property. I also would prefer a more wider master walk in closet. It felt like you're walking through a tunnel. Absolutely love the rooftop feature. I would love this house on a bigger land space with an extended master closet. I would think the price would be worth it.

I'm sure the developer will get this sold and the helper's quarters probably cost more than I can afford, but my two cents - that's entirely too much concrete for a home on a tropical island. Also, why do visitors have to traipse through my entire house for rooftop entertainment? That kind of space calls for a separate point of access and its own restroom facilities.

Is also a good area, surely built up when I last saw the area, did not see any a/c units here, the kitchen not sure , good to see there are helpers quarters thought of , my moms home in BEVERLY HILLS ,was 2 br, + the Hugh primary br large live rm with fireplace, kit,dang rm & a nice helpers quarters, , .any how, the price is tough,,

I AM FROM JAMAICA AND I NEVER KNOWS ABOUT THESE GORGIOUS PLACES MY GOD MI COUNTRY NICE IF THEM COULD JUST CUTS OUT WICKEDNESS LOTS OF OUS WOULD COME AND LIVES
My only add ons are darker Wood look tile flooring for a much nicer look & contrast.
Top tier stainless steel kitchen appliances added.
The master bedroom closet cabinets need redesigned they are way too wide for the space and a wet bar & grill area on the roof top to complete the outside recreation area.
Other than that very nice modern California style home.👍🏽
