How to do Einstellen and also a Bruno Groening Meditation

- In this video I show you how to do the main healing practice of Bruno Groening called Einstellen. It is a wonderful way to heal from many serious illness and disease. It is considered faith healing but is it faith if the heling comes from God as all healing does come from God.
I also show for the first time how to do a Bruno Groening meditation. This meditation was shown to me by Bruno as I had my eyes closed one day during Einstellen.
As you heal there are sensations that develop in the body. It may feel as the old illness has returned or is getting worse but this is known as regulon and is a period of healing readjustment and prevents one from thinking of the actual disease. Once disorder or disease is taken away do not bring it back into the body or system. One way to stop the thoughts of the disease it is to use the word regulon .

I haven't been able to get anyone from the bruno fb group or yourube videos to explain how brunos method works, why is this such a hard thing for "believers" to help others to learn?
Bruno was sent by God to help heal people by using Universal Divine Energy and teaching people how to focus it, drarw in the energy every day and rid one's mind of disorder or disease by altering perspective of thought. Once Bruno takes disease, disorder, difficulty from the person. It is now gone. What occurs is adjustment and regulation back to homeostatic order. Once the disorder is given over one must have faith in one's self that the disease is gone and now regulation is occuring and never mention the disorder again. It is now Regulan. It is new perspective in thinking and one must believe this healing has occurred. We practice Einstellen and meditation daily until regulation is completely homeostatic.
Oh I met Alfred Hosp many times. I was visiting him and Lisl in his house every weekend and we did with a small group of people Einstellen.

@@kevineikovministries3857 The first time I heard about Bruno Gröning was around 1997. I was a student and heard about him from a friend, but never had the chance to learn about Einstellen. In the year 2009 I met a man who was leading the Gröning Association for the promotion of spiritual and natural livelihoods Austria (Verein zur Förderung seelischer-geistiger und natürlicher Lebensgrundlagen Österreich). I went there for a community hour. It was in the house of Alfred Hosp and I met Alfred Hosp there for the first time. He was sitting in his wheel chair, and his life long friend and carer Lisl was taking care of him. I didn't know anything about him but learned very fast about his life and his books. We always met in the living room of his house. A large image of Gröning was hanging on the wall and the interior was like from the 70's. Most of the time the community leader was talking about a specific topic or stories from the life of Bruno Gröning. Sometimes also Alfred Hosp was sharing his stories of the life with Bruno Gröning and I was listening carefully. It was very interesting to listen to him. He was a very nice man, even he was much handicapped physically but he got a sharp mind and through Bruno he also got so many healings throughout his life. He was able to write two books about his life with Bruno Gröning. The Einstellen was very powerful and we were listening always to classical music while doing it. I even got the tinfoil ball directly charged from a ball he got from Bruno Gröning. Lisl was a very kind and spiritual person and she also told many stories about Bruno Gröning. It was a very nice time meeting them while they were still alive. The books of Alfred Hosp are a spiritual treasure and I'm very thankful that I got the chance to meet Alfred Hosp and Lisl.

@user-kg5ij5ic6b Heilstorm is the healing energy like Chi or Shakti which is a universal divine energy. Einstellen is the position to sit in open body position, nothing crossing to absorb the healing energy. Video shows exactly what to do to absorb this healing energy and how to sit correctly and comfortably.

@Donovan Evans If one has the time then by all means Please take in the Divine Energy Twice a Day!!! Bruno noted the times of 9am and 9 pm but if those times are not easily available anytime will work just fine. Consistency and steadiness of practice are very important too. So once you start continue the practice to gain the best experiences. Bruno will guide You.

Is it possible to do Einstellung in a standing position?
Yes Monika, it is quite possible. Einstellen Can be done standing on a bus full of people as long as awareness is on intention of drawing in the Heilstrom and one remains open. Standing Einstellen is done best when in Nature where energy is more pure.

@@panda-jo1kz It is nice to know you joined The Circle of Friends in France so happy for you however, there are several other Bruno groups out there. I provide a little something different from the Circle of Friends and the other groups. Bruno instructed me a more meditative practice in which one focuses on Bruno's picture and places him in the third eye space. It is a very powerful and profound practice. I often hear Bruno speak to me in this space. This meditation requires no other group beyond this practice. Of course books and literature about Bruno is best obtained from or in one of the groups available. I hope what I have shown here helps you too.
